Just finished having the best car purchasing experience of my entire life with Liz, Carl Vorhauer and Jonathan Spross at Peruzzi Toyota. Liz was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with in helping us set up our sales appointment as well as answering any preliminary questions we had. The online vehicle listing on their website was also very helpful and accurate with easy access to the vehicle's detailed Car Fax report. As soon as we arrived for our appointment, Carl was so welcoming and proactive in setting us up with our sales associate, Jonathan, even though it was clearly the busiest time of the day on an already very busy Saturday. While we were waiting, Carl was even willing to share his lunch with us which was so above and beyond our expectations! Jonathan was very personable and easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and was very willing to answer all of our questions. He didn't come across pressuring or pushy. Thanks to the excellent, attentive team at Peruzzi we were able to get through the test drive and purchasing process in less than 2 hrs and in the end left the dealership with a pristine vehicle we will be very happy with for many years! We would definitely return to Peruzzi Toyota for our future vehicle purchases and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle.

This was my first time buying a new car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. I had an idea of the car I wanted going in and the salesperson, Todd, was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions (and knew all the answers) and gave me great advice to any concerns I had. I felt that he was honest and upfront with me, and not that he was just trying to make a sale. He worked with me to make sure I could get my new car as soon as possible and got in touch with me early in the morning before the car even got to their site. I got to meet with the finance guy, Jeremy, who has such a great personality and really made it seem like we have been friends for years. I’m so glad to be part of the Toyota family!

Honest dealership! I have been a customer since 2011! I have purchased several vehicles from here. My latest vehicle in 2022. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dealership doesn’t try to over price vehicles. I got the best deals each time made a purchase. Most of my vehicles were leases except 2022 , purchase!

Four trips to the dealership for an oil change 1, Did not tighten the oil filter after replacement. leaking oil all over the garage floor. Back to the dealer. 2. Find oil all the floor again, back to the dealer, this time they forgot to replace the oil cap. Dealer held the car over night. 3. Went back to pick the car up I asked the manager to check under the car for any leaks he said we can put on the lift and I could check. They put it on lift call me over I’m looking and see that the skid plate is missing they have no idea where it is, we found it at the last bay where it was serviced. Extremely disappointed with the service team at Tri County Toyota! I can’t understand how this team could screw up an oil change so bad but they did. 1st oil change 7600 miles on my RAV4, took it in for its one year service. Lost time from work, now the car smells of burnt oil from the oil on the engine. Still dripping oil. Sincerely, Charles
