Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

I was extremely grateful they were able to take me on short notice today 9/23/2025. There was an issue with my tire a bolt was wedged inside and the tire was losing air. The service advisor was so helpful . Shannon was his name and I’m grateful for the thoroughness as tires are your life and I do a lot of driving. Being that I wasn’t near my dealership Tricounty Toyota of Limerick I was very happy that one was close to where I was working today in Trevose .

I would honestly rate Tri-County dealerships zero starts if it was allowed on this site I purchased my vehicle and the extended warranty from Tri-County on January 20th, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. My first mandatory service was on July 5th. The invoice stated that all fluids were topped off, but just three days later, on July 8th, my vehicle had to be towed back because there was no coolant. I was later told that they didn’t top it off because my vehicle uses blue coolant, and they only had green — something they failed to mention when I picked it up. Even worse, I was told they couldn’t properly diagnose my vehicle because it was made by Ford, and they lacked the right equipment. I was without a vehicle for eight days, and at no point was I offered a loaner or rental. When I picked my vehicle up on July 17th, I spoke with the service manager, who was dismissive and condescending, offering no real solution or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. One week later, my check engine light came back on. When I called to schedule service again, I specifically requested a rental vehicle, which I was told would be noted. But when I dropped my car off on August 1st, there was no rental arranged, and no record of my request. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle on August 2nd, I noticed multiple scratches on my trunk that were not there when I dropped it off. I take pride in maintaining my vehicle, and this added damage without any explanation or accountability is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Tri-County’s service department has been marked by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer care. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Was promised two key fobs and then they could only find one and tried to tell me my car only came with one. Thankfully I had a screenshot of the listing from their website and they had another one made- which wasn't convenient bc I live over an hour away and they wouldn't even mail it to me. My salesman Hector was extremely rude and aggressive after I bought my car and had issues with the car play and tires. When I told him he was being disrespectful he said "what are you going to do about it?" Manager Odie was standing right there and told him to cool down and that was it. Had to come back three times to have small issues taken care of. Overall terrible experience here. Still haven't received plates after three weeks. 0/10, DNR this dealership.

I went to this dealer because I thought they were professionals. I only asked for tire replacement, wheel alignment, and balancing. Of course, they had to do their video inspection and check things I didn’t ask for. They inspected the filters and didn’t put them back properly. The tire balance wasn’t done correctly either, as my car was still vibrating at 65mph. I went back, and they re balanced the tires improperly again. I also asked for proof of the alignment that I paid for, but they didn’t have it, so I requested them to check again. Turns out, the alignment was also off. I told Mr. Carl I’d go to another mechanic, and he simply said “very good.” I decided to stop and go somewhere else. I ended up at Keystone Discount Tire Center, where experienced mechanics work. They fixed the alignment, and the vibration at high speed went away. What I learned is that while dealers may seem professional with their nice service advisors and waiting areas, they often don’t have experienced mechanics. Mechanics at small, independent shops care more about your car because it’s their own business, and they don’t want to risk their reputation. Dealers, on the other hand, often have high turnover and less experienced mechanics.
