First time appointment with this dealership today - MazdaCX5

First time appointment with this dealership today exceeded my expectations. Great atmosphere, super clean, nice coffee station, comfortable seating in wait area, wait less than expected, and staff very attentive and accommodating. I had scheduled a service visit through the Mazda /x-time scheduling app earlier in the week with a discount service for oil/filter change and tire rotation. For whatever software reason error, the booking appointment did not populate the discount when we went to pay for service. The email for appointment confirmation included a download of the service appointment details, but when you attempt to open it, would just be blank. You can imagine how frustrating this could be as there was a rather large price discrepancy. Nonetheless, Diego from service was able to get me taken care of and went above and beyond about making things right. This will be my go to dealership for any future service visits and highly recommend anyone looking for their next Mazda to consider Bergey!

Took about 40 minutes longer than I'd hoped to get - Sean Chisholm

Took about 40 minutes longer than I'd hoped to get everything signed, and the lot was jammed that day so I parked halfway down the block. Whatever. The truck was what they said it was, the mileage matched, and nobody tried to bolt a $900 protection package onto the back end of the deal.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Ray Price Ford and I - Kjendrzejewski

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Ray Price Ford and I love it. Working with Joe he got me all the information I requested, even sending videos of the vehicle. I was greeted at the front of the dealership with a warm welcome from Joe, and was in and out within an hour. I traveled 3 hours for this vehicle and was immediately impressed by the dealership and the professionalism. I also dealt with Stuart who will surely make it a memorable buying experience, full of personality. I truly enjoyed the entire buying experience and their willingness to work with someone out of state and making the whole process smooth. I would highly recommend working with Joe he was very personable and makes you feel very at ease and your vehicle buying process. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Can’t say who I contacted, wasn’t aware I’d be asked - Cekasch

Can’t say who I contacted, wasn’t aware I’d be asked these questions. I was happy with the accommodation and quality of service. Makes the Tinkhannock “Experience” more traditional and reminiscent of the days when American mechanics from the local area did what only they could do best - fix up their tractors and trucks. Keep up the good work. You are way ahead of the Scranton outfits.

I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. - ChazNJ

I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.
