She was great in beginning stayed later to work with us we told her we be down next day to finish everything and car was to be detailed and stain was supposed to be off seat and we were to get a new key fo we told her we be down next day to finish everything and car was to be detailed and stain was supposed to be off seat and we were to get a new key fob so they made a deal with us that they would give us a new key fob and redo it. Cleaning of the vehicle and get stain out went down to pick up car wasn’t ready then told us they weren’t giving us a key fob. We told him forget it we were leaving manager came over said no doubt we’ll get you a key fob and have the car re-cleaned will make you an appointment. It’s been two weeks. We’ve been calling. No one returns our calls no managers no service people nobody they wouldn’t stop calling us when we were looking at the car now they won’t bother us when they’re supposed to do things for us. More

Lifesaver is all I can say about Dave Bell. I was getting the run around from other dealers so many dead ends, but when Dave reached out again I could tell how genuine he is. On this same day he stayed late to help a customer because of their timing and still called me afterwards to let me know where we were in the process.
