I was shopping for a month for a gm truck but saw this ford f150 super crew at Nazareth Ford listed on car gurus. It was more than I had intended to spend but was listed at a great price and 4,500 under market so I inquired. Jonah Ruggiero responded to me immediately and, although there wasn't much more that could be done with the price, he did get me another 500 off to cover my fees. Nazareth Ford also offers a free 100,000 mile, unlimited time powertrain warranty on certified vehicles which also helped with my decision. The next morning my girlfriend and I took the hour trip to the dealership, test drove it and bought it. Front to back Jonah, and the rest of the staff were helpful, accommodating and low pressure. Excellent experience all around and I would definitely check them first when it's time to buy again. Ask for Jonah.

I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from this dealer. I was not informed until all the sales paperwork was signed that there was only one FOB for the car. I was resigned to paying for a duplicate, but attempts by a locksmith and my local Honda dealer to make one were unsuccessful due to something interfering with access to the module that controls the FOB. Koch did offer to have their service staff try to pinpoint the problem, but after a feeble attempt, that indicated they couldn't find any issues. I returned to my Honda dealer, who after 3 hours of troubleshooting, and $600 of labor cost, discovered stereo wiring, installed by the previous owners, was interfering with the cars electrical system. This was on top of the $250 to buy a FOB and have it programed. Several attempts to have Koch reimburse me for the labor cost I incurred fell on deaf ears. Obviously, they don't stand behind their vehicles, or honor their 30 day warranty on used vehicles. Buyers beware!

The service dept FaiIed to find the oil leak in our vehicle. Small leak. We picked the car up and were told there was no leak. The service manager stated if it was there our service tech would have found it. He was almost able to convince me I was wrong. Not a nice person, narcissistic at a minimum. This man has been there for sometime making me think the judgement of this dealership is poor for letting him continue to be employed with there. I really couldn't see the man employed anywhere at let alone here. He may know someone at the company I'm guessing because he is not a good person. He insisted at that time there work was completed and to make another appointment. The arrogant attitude and look on his face was the all there. I still have an oil leak as described. I crawled under the car and found the leak. Don't ever leave that service dept. Because that man expects it to happen. He expects repect he doesn't deserve.

By far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I called 5 days in advance to make an appointment to test drive a used car on their lot. I live out of state and informed the sales team of this when scheduling the test drive. I kept the dealership updated leading up to the appointment and even confirmed that appointment same day. After driving nearly 6 hours I arrived only to find out they sold the car I was scheduled to see. There was no courtesy call to let me know it was being sold. They also did not inform me of their no-hold policy when I arranged this appointment. This is not an uncommon policy, but transparency and clear communication is important to good business. This was not the way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for your next car purchase.

I was walking around while in Service and the Manager Dave Hetzel was very kind and professional. He talked to me for a little about a new F150 and I will be honest it piqued my interest. He got me with one of his team members and gave a thorough explanation of everything. They even appraised my car while it was in service, and gave me numbers that made sense enough to bring my wife back and see if she was good with it. All in all not what I was expecting from just a service appointment but I am very happy with the team at Fred Beans!
