We leased a new Equinox yesterday. - Dini

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

I had a great experience working with Devyn while looking - Ethan Biacsi

I had a great experience working with Devyn while looking for my new car. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood my options, and was always willing to help whenever I needed it. I really appreciated how genuine and welcoming he was, and he made the whole car-buying experience much easier. I’m very grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend Devyn to anyone looking for a new car!

After receiving an estimate for the repairs, I asked them to check to see if the repair was under warranty. They found that it was under warranty and my bill for the repair was $0.00.

Perfect size dealership. - Smitty

Perfect size dealership. Jacquie Andrusz was awesome! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Made us feel like family. So was so personable too. Best experience at a dealership ever. Felt so comfortable talking with her about all of our concerns and questions. She is such an asset to that dealership. Highly recommend working with Jacquie for all of your vehicle needs.

Great dealer, one who cared about my needs. - whyme2

Recently needed to close out a lease and get a new vehicle. Unfortunately I ran into some health issues while this was taking place which caused me some stress. The owner, Mike Smith, and our salesman Eric Goodwin helped me out by making sure they held the vehicle I wanted until I recovered from surgery AND they gave me a great deal besides. They made it so I didn't have to worry about a car lease while I was trying to feel better. Thanks Mike and Eric! Kevin Williams

Worked with Mason, Ron and Erika on a 2019 Kia Optima. - 394985

Worked with Mason, Ron and Erika on a 2019 Kia Optima. From arrival to test drive, to discussing financing and warranty options, submitting paperwork, getting approval and registering documents took a total of under 2 hours and we were on our way down the road with our new car. Thanks guys for making this such an effortless event and meeting our monthly budget numbers. Good people to deal with. That '69 blue Oldsmobile Cutlass on the dealership floor was beautiful.

Samantha was very good she took the time to explain everything and show me the difference between the truck models. Check in after the sale to make sure that I didn’t have any questions. The truck could have been cleaned a little better before I picked it up but not a big deal

My husband and I recently purchased a 2023 Buick - tbunge33

My husband and I recently purchased a 2023 Buick Envision. In all the years of buying a vehicle, this was such an awesome experience, no pressure. They just treated us with respect. John Bizzarro was our sales rep and was absolutely the best! Very understanding, very accommodating and kind and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't get the smile off of my face on how wonderful the experience was. He definitely put the customer first. Also, we need to acknowledge Chris P., Jay P., Rick B. and Ryan W., thank you for taking care of us!

If you are shopping for a car STOP and go see Josh. - T doggy

If you are shopping for a car STOP and go see Josh. Rather than wasting a ton of time haggling with a bunch of dealers to try and work a good deal, just go see Josh and let him know what you need and he makes it happen. Well done Josh, way to change the way car salesman usually are. Fair, Honest and kind. A better car buying experience !!!

I had a great experience buying my first car from - meadowsbrooke18

I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

The service department was fast with getting my oil - samantha.rusu

The service department was fast with getting my oil change done, swept out my car and washed it with no additional charge. They went over the items they found during my inspection and had pictures and videos of the failed parts. They also gave me rough timeline on how long I have before expecting new maintenance cost. The parts department was very knowledgeable and helped me find the extra parts that I needed

I cant say anything negative about my experience with... - hartofmichelle1977

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!

Poor service at service dept - Jay

My wife and I took our Chevy Tahoe in for an inspection, new tires, new shock and new parking sensor. While the tires were being replaced they broke a pressure sensor. When we called and complained the service manager was very rude to my wife. The Shock and sensor we were told would be available in 2 to 3 days. After 4 days I called and was told by the manager that they were still on order. After 11 days my wife called and found out the parking sensor was in but the shock had not even been ordered yet. This department seems to be run very loosely and unprofessionally. They did give us a 10% discount on our bill because of the trouble which might excuse the tire and ordering issues, it certainly doesn't excuse the rudeness.
