He went the extra mile, didn't pressure me and spent half the day with me tying to figure out my next vehicle purchase. Oh did I mention he's a former Marine, Semper Fi . We should support our veterans! Also he's worked at Ed Shults Ford for the past 26 years. Bait and switch/false advertising. Dealer sends me coupons but does not honor them despite the email stating "For your vehicle (and my vin number indicated there)." This is going on for 4 years now and not once have they honored their coupons. I am done with the lies. I will seek another dealer that is honest and does not play that bait and switch/false advertising game with the consumer. Diagnosis information in regard to tires and brakes stated that my front brakes and front tires have less wear than my rear brakes and rear tires. Everyone knows that the front tires and brakes always wear faster than the rears. Incompetent service people. The paperwork also stated the oil type used and that was wrong oil for my vehicle. Stay away from this dealer if you want good competent service.

I had purchased a 2015 Lincoln in Sharon while in a bind for another vehicle. The one I purchased ended up with Transmission problem. Of course the place that I bought it did not work on Lincolns. I ended up with towing bills for two places and I was told right up front from John Hoover that it would probably be at least 3 or 4 weeks. I okayed the repair and with all the COVID restrictions I knew it would be more than 3 or 4 weeks. I did not call them because I really felt that they were giving me good service. John did call me to tell me that I was the next one in line and I thanked him and I told him that GOOD things were worth waiting. I was informed in about a week that my vehicle was ready for pickup. They had to put in a NEW complete Transmission and that it was under Warranty. They checked the Battery and I told them to replace it. When I arrived to get my vehicle I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist and John and another person. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the replacement of the battery and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I have seen some very crude waiting rooms and heir Tv's were not working. I have a 2011 Ford Ranger with about 58,000 miles long bed and I will be replacing it in a year or two and you can bet it will be from McCandless FORD in Mercer, Pa. The days of honest dealerships are apparently getting hard to find. This dealership literally advertised the price of a F350 for one price on Facebook and then another price on their website. In the middle of discussing the deal they raised the price on their website and Facebook by 6K dollars and this was almost 8K above sticker price when it was new! Watch these guys, they do not represent the Crivelli name

Great dealership. Very professional and low key, easy to work with, no pressure they just answered my questions. I live about 2 hrs away and was concerned about buying a car that far away. We did a lot with email and the vehicle was as described. It was well worth the drive. I'm very pleased with these guys.

Made an appointment to have my brakes fixed under warranty two weeks ago. Drove 30 miles today only to have them tell me that they can't fix them because Ford won't authorize.it. First of all Brian didn't have the courtesy to call and tell me that before I made the trip for nothing. Secondly my truck is a 2021 with 6500 miles on it. I have purchased 6 brand new ford's from them over the years. How do you think they will treat a new customer? You can do better, much better!
