Have had a rough experience with our van. The service dept. had it in for over 6 months diagnosing, re-diagnosing, and replacing parts without any real certainty of the issue. Needless to say, after finally getting it back, the very same issues we experienced at the beginning of our endeavor are back. Extremely frustrating, more days, and thousands more dollars wasted. Collin has been transparent and professional, but unfortunately unable to truly fix our issue. More
