This has been my second, or maybe third visit since I - SMYERS1396

This has been my second, or maybe third visit since I moved back up to Pittsburgh and required a new service provider. Each visit I have had, has run smoothly and has been very informative. Honestly my favorite part is the service videos you get telling you about your car and their recommendations. This past visit I got the works package and they asked if I wanted to go ahead and do my state inspection and I had to explain I needed that service first so I could make sure I didn’t need any pricier fixes before my state inspection. Thankfully they understood and we continued with my original request and they even answered a question I had about a concern I had about my rotors. All in all, my experience was lovely.

Audi Pittsburgh is one of the best dealerships I have - jawman

Audi Pittsburgh is one of the best dealerships I have ever used, the service dept and especially David Smith is TOP notch. Easy to book appt. Car repairs completed to the initial estimate and completed on time. No games, no xx. They always give me exactly what they say they are going to do. It is rare when you find a dealership service dept this good but honestly all the Cochran dealerships are the same… great.

I had a great experience with this dealership. - Tim

I had a great experience with this dealership. I purchased the nicest 2014 W204 C300 in the country with only 6300 miles on it. I completed the whole transaction while being out of state. A big Thank You to Alex Aylsworth my sales consultant. He answered every question I had including sending me videos that I asked for. He always communicated in a very timely fashion even when he was busy helping other customers. If your looking for a Mercedes-Benz make sure you see Alex, he will make your buying experience very enjoyable with no pressure! Also, Joe in finance was great to work with as well. His communication was excellent and answered all my questions! Thanks to the whole team!

I wanted to have a GMC dealership do the rear brake pad - ebthomas65

I wanted to have a GMC dealership do the rear brake pad and rotors on my Denali, but the $900 cost was way too much compared to what it should be from a dealership. I tried to give a local dealership the work, but will not be so inclined to go there again.

These guys are literally angels. - Emily Baria

These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would. And will definitely recommend everyone to go here. Definitely worth the 1.5-2hr drive. Thank you guys so much again!
