Diehl Service replaced my brakes at 41,691 miles on my brand-new vehicle. The new brakes have been squeaking, so when I brought it in for an oil change, I asked them to check the brakes. I've only driven brand-new vehicle. The new brakes have been squeaking, so when I brought it in for an oil change, I asked them to check the brakes. I've only driven 4,819 miles since the replacement. The service manager essentially blamed driver error for the squeaking. It's now been a week, and I still don't have my car back. This has been a horrible experience. As service advisor Aaron Fisher suggested, once I get my Bronco back, I will be taking it to another Ford dealership. More
