Service was great and communication was good. When I called a week ago to schedule my apt, I asked for a trade in value when I brought it in. Some guy came out and took a few pictures and said he would call me and get me the trade in asap. It has been 2 days and I have heard nothing. Service Center is and was great but honestly I’m disappointed that I had to ask multiple times and still don’t have it. More
