This is my first time buying a Mercedes-Benz so the experience was very exciting. From the ease of the finance to the final part the paperwork they all made it special as I am sure they do this on every buy. Salesman was Ryan Klobucher. I had signed along with my son on my son’s new lease for a 2025 Camry on 5/21. I called Ryan on 5/22 BEFORE the registration was submitted to the state as I wanted assurance that the registration, mail, bills etc would go to my son at his address and not mine. Ryan said he’d call me back the next day. He did not. I called on Tuesday 5/27 and was told that everything us in my name with my address and no way to update? Why no callback? Not sure what happened here??

Easy to deal with , from the online website , calling and setting up a test drive. When I arrived I was greeted by Jim , he got me to my test drive quickly , was thorough with the information and we got approval. He set up the transfer and kept me up to date with when it arrived , the signing process was very quick , I was done within a half hour with everything and on the road.
