The team was on their game from the moment I hit the showroom floor. I had test driven a hybrid car at DePaula Mazda, but started to consider an EV. Their conscientious follow up connnected me with Jim and Devin. We looked at the inventory and got a test drive. I was given space on the weekend, and Monday morning received a follow up txt. Thursday I was picking up my car. Another associate helped to program my car and finally Tracy took me through the paperwork. Painless process and in less than a week I had my new car.

He was knowledgeable, efficient and made what i was looking for in a vehicle his primary goal and objective. Scheduled a 11:30 AM appointment after driving nearly an hour and a half. The vehicle wasn't prepped or washed as promised. During the trade evaluation, I gave my keys to the salesman but management got into my personal vehicle without introducing themselves or asking permission, making me scramble to clear my belongings off the seat, only to return with a lowball offer $9,000 below market value. Unprofessional and disorganized handling of a pre-approved buyer.
