I had a great experience purchasing my Toyota GR86, and a big part of that was thanks to my sales rep, Mohammed. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he was always willing to walk me through everything and make sure I understood what I was getting. He was transparent, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a good experience rather than simply making a sale. Even with all the back-and-forth questions and details, he remained patient and respectful the entire time. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I’m very happy with my GR86 and with the overall experience. The "SALES" staff is the worst on Long Island, unattentive, condescending, arrogant they do not return calls, they will keep you waiting they do not follow up with the customer. I made several visits and calls, leaving documents the sales representative or sales manager requested with no common courtesy or respect to acknowledge the receipt of my documents or return them. I would not recommend anyone to Sunrise Toyota. I have purchased over 50 vehicles and commercial trucks at several dealerships and never have been treated as disrespected as I was at Sunrise Toyota.
