He was professional, respectful, and very easy to work with. He was well prepared, answered all my questions clearly, and got the deal done quickly without any pressure or wasted time. Had been talking to Justin about a car for my wife. In theory agreed to price. Its an hour and half away so I said I had to clear my schedule and get the money together. I said inwould come in Friday or Monday to close the deal. Saturday I let him know I cleared my day to come in. Monday comes I check in so I can come buy the car and crickets. I then reach out on the website via chat only to get the run around. Waste more of my time. Finally I call in and talk to Rose who tells me car was sold and thats the end of it. Poor customer service all around and lacknof concern for my time and business.
