I would give 0 stars if this allowed me to. This dealer sold me a “ new “ car that was in a collision with another vehicle less than a month prior to my purchase. This dealer told me I was approved for my loan and two weeks later turned around and said they needed more information as the loan was not approved. When the damages were brought up to the sales manager syed I was continually blown off telling me they needed the documentation to provide the bank prior to speaking about my concerns of the corroding good on a brand “ new “ vehicle. They did not address these concerns and blew me off after I just spent 40k on a “ new “ vehicle I come to find out was in an accident, which is fraud and misrepresentation. When brought to dealers attention, was told they no longer work / deal w nardy Honda and told me to kick rocks but will investigate to see if Honda new about this collision, which I had already known they did not otherwise would not have been able to sell that vehicle at new car price and the dealer was covering up the prior collision. Now I have a vehicle I have spent 40k on and do not drive because I do not know what type of “ repair” was done and that the vehicle is safe. I do know whatever repair was done was not too Hondas repair procedures because they need to be requested from Honda and they would have not been allowed to sell this vehicle as new. This is the absolute worst dealer around and do not let the new name fool you, it is all the same employees committing fraud , just under a different name. Please don’t let this be you! do not buy a vehicle from here or you will be paying for a new vehicle you are unable to drive due to safety concerns. You’ll be kicking rocks on your walk to work as both dealers owners have told me to do. If you have further questions or feel that this has been done to you feel free to send me an email.
