I cannot say enough about the people I’ve dealt with. They are so kind and very professional! I like that I am not “pushed”into purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson, Helena O’Connell is so knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted out of my new car. I also like that there’s no haggling over prices. You are given the best deal right from the get go. I will never go to another dealership. This place is first class from sales to finance to service!!!! We had a great buying experience here with Ralph and his manager Parker. Ralph was very open to negotiations, friendly, transparent, and genuine. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had. Parker made the trade-in process very transparent and accommodating. The whole buying experience from when Ralph introduced himself to us to the delivery of our new Crosstrek went very smoothly. I also want to mention that Eleanor was a very good liaison from her email communications from her first contact with me and our interest in a vehicle from Premier Subaru. just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I came in for a no appointment oil change and was overdue on a 30,000 mile maintenance. I was offered a car to use while the maintenance was done and since Kyle took the time to get to know my needs I was offered the luxury of keeping the car overnight. I felt taken care of and love Holmgren Subaru, I tell my friends about them and will never go anywhere else for service. Everyone there is friendly and it's a pleasure to be there.

As a woman who has had some truly awful car-buying experiences in the past, I was honestly dreading the process when my vehicle was stolen recently. But Jacob completely changed that. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. He also offered additional protection plans without being pushy — just giving me the information and letting me decide what felt right for me. I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
