I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. I was told within seconds of my first phone call that "We Make Dreams Com True" Truly showed me what that meant by taking care of the location of 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring Meteorite Gray/Black Leather...No dings, scratches or issues upon inspection prior to an incredible road-test track Lee brought us on. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.
