What good is making an appointment to see a car that I've been looking for forever when they're just going to sell it while I'm ON MY WAY TO SEE IT. This is after my appointment was confirmed when I told them I was on my way. What a terrible way to run a business. Have some respect for the customer. Four hour round trip for nothing.
