Robyn and the service team are great. They Advised me to replace all four tires They were worn to the wear bars and were Noisy when driving . With winter coming up I knew this was the right move. The car drove like it was brand new after the tire replacement. They also performed a wheel alignment, found the the right rear was way out. I did as much research as I could on the 2026 EQUINOX. I made some online enquires and got phone calls from many different Chevy dealers. Then it took days before they would get back to me and some not at all. I got a call from Tony Dillberg. I told him I was waiting on some information from other dealers. He told me he was willing to be aggressive to earn my business. I explained that my time was limited and can we do the negotiating over the phone. He asked if I had a trade and told him yes, but couldn't make it over for a few days. He said no problem we can send someone to your home and take care of that. And he did. We came to terms on a deal. After that was settled I asked how soon I can pick up my new vehicle. I explained that it was a surprise for my wife and was picking her up from the hospital the next day and wanted the WOW factor when doing so. This was at 2:00 PM in the after noon. He told me I can pick it up by 7:00 PM that evening. SOLD. When I arrived he introduced me to Paul Deleon and he took it from there. Paul was knowledgeable with all the questions that I had and a pleasure to work with, he went over all of the paper work and formalities and then got me familiar my new Equinox. Picking up my wife the next day and the look on her face seeing her new shiny new red Equinox was a surprise of a life time for her. I got the WOW factor, missioned accomplished. Finding the Chevrolet area of Commonwealth was difficult, so I went to Honda. Jeffrey was most polite in checking the stock # I presented, and we drove to the Chevy area whereupon I took a test drive. When I decided to make the purchase, he arranged for me to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. Poe at Chevy gave me the car tour, set up my phone, and showed me the various options. I am very happy with the vehicle, have a lot more to learn (!), and am happily doing that! The process was pretty smooth. I did accept the additional warranty/insurance policy, but I will be returning that with the $50 payment, per the contract. But Anthony was not heavy-handed about it; I simply didn't stick to my preference after awhile. All in all a very good experience.

Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

Don Sudbay is the best Chevy service I have ever received, Simply the best. Heads above Herb Chambers who I dealt with for years, I found out the Service manager doesn’t even know what he is talking about. My son told me about Sudbay and they fixed my problem in 2 seconds, Chambers had no idea how to fix it, awful.
