We were on vacation and out of nowhere our air conditioning would not turn on in our 6 month old car. We called and Sean did not hesitate getting us in for a service appointment even though we were from out of town and had not purchased our car from there. Very professional and we appreciated their attitude and the fact that within three hours we were driving off the premises with the air conditioning working and they had even gone ahead and done our next oil change! Great work Hoffman Audi!

I brought my 2017 Audi A7 in for 60k mile maintenance on July 16, 2026. That includes an extensive list of maintenance items. On the plus side, the work was accomplished in 3 hours, including an emergent issue of needing new rear brakes (pads, rotors, and associated hardware). I found that the dealer markup on parts was nominal. The customer waiting area was immaculate, with free coffee and various breads available. I did not have need to use the customer restroom bidet. When I was informed of the need for the rear brake replacement, I was not informed of the cost, nor was I shown any worn parts, or the specs on the worn parts (i.e. pad thickness, rotor thickness). Since I was also getting a New York State safety inspection, the brakes had to be done. When I go to the dealership, I expect to pay premium prices, and they exceeded my expectations!

John, the service tech sent me a video of a multi-point inspection of my car while I waited. Although it wasn’t too long of a wait, the lounge area was comfortable and bright with beverages and snacks.

Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know sometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

She was wonderful to work with and ensured the process went smoothly. When a car I had previously looked at, and liked, became available again she reached out to me quickly and we were able to close a sale quickly. I’ll look there again next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle.

As someone who is well versed working in the car business i can confirm Each time they exceeded my expectations. Nestor reminds me of myself , calm listens extremely well and works to solve a problem. This is paramount of any salesman as selling a car is literally by definition the same as solving a problem. The general sales manager George was super kind , extended courtesy and eloquent in conversation. The finance department was swift , informative and kind. Checks all the boxes! Avoid this dealer and drive the extra miles for a better Audi dealer for repairs. I expected a more professional and articulate staff for an Audi dealership. Extremely disappointed!!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Do not trust what you see. We were provided a quote and put down a deposit on a car. They knew we were traveling from out of state, days passed we heard nothing. They decided to tell us while we were on a 4 hour trip to pick up the car to tell us they “we made a mistake on the sale price” and it would be 10K more than quoted. They were not willing to work with us on the price at all after admitting this was their clerical mistake. Shame on them, they had days to notify us of this “mistake.” Classic stereotypical car salesman, mistakes on us for trusting this business would be any different. You’d think for a premium dealership they’d have better habits.

We bought our 2022 Audi SQ5 new in 2023 — the last remaining 2022 on the lot. On July 8, 2026, it lost all electrical power and died completely, less than five miles from Audi Greenwich. When we called, we were told the dealer would not evaluate the car unless we arranged towing ourselves — for a vehicle that was completely dead. We hired an independent mechanic, who found water and debris packed into the rear drainage channels, sitting against the wiring and battery. The rear wiper ran on its own; the car started for seconds, then dropped into limp mode. Audi Greenwich later confirmed water intrusion and repaired it under Warranty Extension U76 — coverage that exists specifically for this problem. We then asked Audi corporate (Case 07651492) only to confirm the seals were properly remediated. We received no response at all. The failure was serious. The refusal to help a dead car was worse. And the silence afterward told us everything. After thirty years of owning luxury vehicles, we will not buy another Audi.

We recently purchased our second Audi from Fathers & Sons (Audi of West Springfield). Another great buying experience and great price! We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed. Not to mention the car is amazing, there is nothing like driving an Audi! Keep up the great work Fathers & Sons!

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

Huge thanks to Peter, the service manager, who carefully investigated why all these lights came on—like a runway at an airport—and discovered that the battery had been running in a default mode causing all these issues. I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me.
