My experience at Todd Nissan was excellent. I brought my Wife's Nissan Murano in which I thought had a Transmission issue (costly $$$) and I was getting ready to hear "You need a new Transmission".
After speaking to Dan in the service department when dropping my car off they "quickly" did a scan on the car and it came up with no transmission code errors. I was surprised because all signs pointed to transmission issue before bringing it in.
I was called 1 day later with an explanation it was only an alternator problem not a transmission problem (way less costly $$$) I was absolutely relieved.
Dan explained exactly what was going on and said he would have it ready by Monday, (It was Friday).
This is what I call and HONEST dealership with honest people like Dan and the mechanic who worked on the car. Let me say that again "HONEST". That's all anyone wants when dropping off their car.
I would like to thank Dan and the mechanic and the service department for their help and honesty.
Moving forward my Wife's Nissan Murano will now only visit Dan and his service department moving forward for everything right down to oil changes.
Let me also be very clear, Dan or anyone at the dealership DID NOT asked me to say what I said above I am giving you a straight up opinion of my experience.
It one thing to take your car to a dealership and it's another thing to take your car to an HONEST Dealership.
