This was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I - Allan Cooper

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I ever had, and I'm 62! LOL!. There was no pressure, no paperwork funny business and will certainly buy from them again. Christa was a very thoughtful and professional sales woman and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable! So glad to see that family owned dealerships still exist. We love our certified preowned Escalade!

Excellent customer service. - mjpiepowski

Randy my dealer rep, met me right off the bat with a nice smile and excellent service. Walked me thru my options and pricing and we test drove to vehicles I was interested in. When we completed everything, it was just my first day but the final pricing and service won me over for the sale.

Service was exceptional! - James

Service was exceptional! Love my new car. Whole process was easy and very convenient. Would definitely purchase my next vehicle from here.

I live right up the street from Tulley Buick GMC and have - Henry

I live right up the street from Tulley Buick GMC and have several friends who love buying and servicing their vehicles here. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation Crew Cab Short Bed (3.0L Duramax Diesel) that had previously been driven by a dealership employee. The truck itself is fantastic, and my overall rating for the dealership's finance department, service department, and facilities is a well-deserved 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with my specific salesperson, Kenneth "Kenny" Vancour, deserves a solid 1 star. The 5-Star Experience (Finance, Service & Staff): * Business Manager Vincent Falcone was amazing, smooth, and professional. He made me feel right at home and was truly one of the best parts of buying this truck. * Chris Grieco in the Service Department was stellar, exceptionally friendly on the phone, and never rushed his tone. * When I couldn't get a hold of my salesperson about a missing item, Chris proactively offered to help with a fantastic attitude and got the issue resolved immediately. The waiting area is great, and other salespeople I observed were highly engaging and friendly with their clients. The Dealership Critique (Delivery Prep): * The truck had almost 6,000 miles on it as a previous dealer vehicle. While the fuel tank was filled, they missed filling the DEF fluid for the diesel engine. [1] * The final detailing was decent overall, though it could have been a bit sharper for a 2026 model. There was still some dust on the dash, minor debris in the cup holders, and some brake dust on the rims. The 1-Star Experience (Salesperson Kenneth Vancour): * High-Pressure Tactics: From day one, he refused to go over final numbers unless I committed to buying right away. He lowballed my trade-in and insisted he couldn't discuss "real numbers" until I was ready to sign. I had to bring in a written outside offer just to get him to reluctantly match it. * Dismissive Communications: During negotiations, he would shake his head "no" before I even finished speaking, flatly refusing offers without checking with a manager. He pointed out that they were giving me $1,500 more than they "wanted to" for my trade-in, aggressively trying to make me feel bad for wanting a fair deal. His claims of "fighting for me" felt completely insincere. * Ignored Technical Concerns: When I brought up known thrust bearing metal quality issues on earlier production runs of the baby diesel engine to ensure my truck's build date was outside that window, he completely dismissed my research because it would "be covered under warranty." * Poor Delivery & Post-Sale Support: On delivery day, I waited patiently to ask a quick technical question about where to plug in the engine block heater cable found in my glove box. When he acknowledged me, he acted like I was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, he promised a touch-up pen for my Titanium Rush Metallic paint but did not include it. I was patient and didn't even bring it up until this week (nearly a month after my June 30th purchase). I reached out via text on both Monday and Wednesday regarding the pen but didn't receive a reply. When I happened to speak with Chris in service, I simply asked him how I could go about getting the pen since my salesperson hadn't replied yet. With a great attitude, Chris proactively offered to reach out to Ken for me, and within minutes Kenneth finally texted me back to say he had it on his desk. Ultimately, Kenneth felt entirely fake, playing a part just to close a deal rather than building a lifelong client relationship. I highly recommend Tulley's facilities, Vincent Falcone, and the service staff, but I strongly advise management to review Kenneth Vancour's poor communication, negotiation games, and lack of post-sale responsiveness. I will never buy a vehicle from him again.

Second time we have driven to this dealership an hour - Sinstasi

Second time we have driven to this dealership an hour away to seamlessly buy a truck! Thomas Fratantuono has been there for years and honestly we wouldn’t go to anybody else. He’s a great guy, cuts to the chase and gets the deal done quick. Appreciate that about him as a sales professional. We love the trucks we have bought!

My car went in for its 60k mile service and to fix two - Joe.aspelund

My car went in for its 60k mile service and to fix two rims that had curb rash. Darn curbs always jump out of nowhere! I received back in excellent condition, the rims looked like new, and they offered a ticket for a complementary car wash. Therefore, just like my previous interactions at GMC of Watertown, it's always a phenomenal experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience - Jillian.stadig

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from Brustolon Buick GMC. From beginning to end, the entire process was easy, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. A huge thank you to Arvy, who was fantastic to work with. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and completely upfront throughout the entire purchase. There were no games, no surprises, and no unnecessary pressure. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt like I knew exactly where I stood. What really impressed me was how transparent and straightforward they were when it came to the numbers. They gave me an amazing deal on the vehicle and made the entire transaction incredibly smooth. It’s rare to walk away from a dealership feeling like you were treated fairly and genuinely valued as a customer, but that’s exactly how I felt here. The level of customer service was exceptional, and Arvy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything before I left. You can tell that Brustolon Buick GMC cares about building relationships with their customers rather than simply making a sale. I couldn’t be happier with my vehicle or the experience. I would absolutely buy from Brustolon Buick GMC again and would highly recommend asking for Arvy if you’re looking for a new vehicle. If you want an honest, transparent dealership that treats you right and gives you a great deal, this is the place to go. Five stars without hesitation!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Quirk Buick GMC in - Becky H

We recently purchased a vehicle from Quirk Buick GMC in Manchester, and from start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely taken care of. Tara MacQuarrie, our Sales Consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were considering. She took the time to walk us through all of our options and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Ryan Boulter, the Sales Manager, was equally great to work with—approachable, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to go over the warranty and financing details, Tiffany Nowicki, the Finance Coordinator, was excellent. She clearly explained the different warranty options without any pressure, which made us feel well-informed and comfortable. The whole experience felt transparent and trustworthy—nothing felt pushy or unclear. What really stood out, too, was the atmosphere in the dealership. It was obvious that the team genuinely enjoys working together, and that positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be returning to Quirk GMC for future purchases. Highly recommend!

I wanted to say what a first class establishment Mr. Goldstein is running. This is my second new purchase from them, another Dream Truck! Thank You Dan especially. Thank You Noah as well. Thank You Scott from Service. And especially Thank You to Mike Flower. His courtesy, professionalism, and my experience buying from him was exemplary. Highly recommend you ask for him. Love, love, love my new Sierra 3500HD. Have to say, I do miss my 2012 Sierra 2500HD SLE that I traded, and I bought new there in 2012. Not one problem in 13 years, and 154 k miles. THAT IS WHY I ONLY WILL BUY GMC. Ken Monkell

Above excellent. - Ethaniel Jones

Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Shout out to the Vail Buick team, you guys definitely have a returning customer in me. Thank you Carl, for your superb service. It made a bad day into a great day. I absolutely love and adore my car, thank you again for such a wonderful experience! 10/10 highly recommend. These guys are the best of the best!
