Wonderful quick experience. Knew what I wanted and had contacted them prior to coming in after another dealer didn’t give me as much as I wanted for my trade in. We went in at 6pm and by 8pm we’re headed home with our new Buick Enclave. Low pressure, no hassle. Only complaint is and I know it was close to closing time I wish the interior was detailed a bit more. The floor mats were vacuumed and put in but the following day I had to vacumn it as there was quite a bit of dirt underneath the mats. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. More
