I’ve been buying vehicles for over 3 decades now, all new, and have for the most part found the buying process to be somewhat adversarial, transactional in nature and with a focus from a dealership persp new, and have for the most part found the buying process to be somewhat adversarial, transactional in nature and with a focus from a dealership perspective on simply making the sale as opposed to trying to forge a long-term relationship. I was considering a GMC Canyon amongst other competing products, was referred to Tom Fratantuono by someone who had worked with him many times in the past and couldn’t have been happier that I was. From the outset, Tom was honest, upfront and focused more on what my needs were than using old-school pressure tactics to get me to buy a vehicle. In the end, he made the process as easy as buying a cup of coffee and when I pointed that out said “that’s the way it’s supposed to be”. I’d highly recommend visiting Masse and asking for Tom. More
