Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip.

I'm extremely frustrated! I purchased my 2020 Lincoln Navigator from Jim Bass Cars and Trucks on February 26, 2024. It only had 28,000 miles. Since then, it has been serviced at both Jim Bass and Rogers Lincoln six times. Jim Bass even kept it for three weeks. I gave birth in August 2024, and my husband had to pick it up while I was being discharged! The same electrical problems keep occurring. My breaking point was in December when the car locked my 4 month old son inside! Lincoln has updated their app. I can now access the full service history! I’m absolutely furious to discover that the previous owner had the same electrical issue serviced FOUR times! I usually avoid buying used cars, but I thought I was making a smart choice to save money for our IVF. Instead, I feel totally taken advantage of and am now $9,000 to $10,000 upside down. That means an extra $200 to $300 each month if I decide to trade it in! I reached out to my salesman, and he recommended that I contact Lincoln to inquire about a buyback. When I spoke to the representative, she informed me that my request was denied without offering an explanation! I feel so cheated! I’ve purchased my last four vehicles from them! Rant over. Expensive lesson learned! Needless to say I won’t buy or recommend them again!

We purchased a 2023 Exepdition Max from this dealership at the end of March. When we were test driving the vehicle, a couple of system fault errors went off. When asked about them, we were told that they just received the vehicle in and that the vehicle was in ”transportation mode” and that those would be turned off. After discussion, my husband and I agreed to purchase the vehicle…once we purchased the car, they told us we could pick it up tomorrow as they hadn’t finished doing the overview of the vehicle. Let me note that my husband had test drove it two days before I went with him to look at it (so the dealership had it for at least a week on the lot…enough time to service the vehicle before advertising the car for sale) So we had to wait and pick the car up the day after we purchased it…upon picking it up the sensor faults we not fixed. We were told that they would order parts and pick up our vehicle and bring us a rental car. (we live an hour and a half from the dealership) After a week of not hearing back, we called to follow up about them fixing the faults. We called our sales rep 3 times, two of the calls went unanswered with voicemails, and once he answered and said he would get an update and call us back. He never did. We were going on two weeks of having the car, so then we called the sales manager…he told us he would check with the service department and call us back. He did call back, but did not give us an answer because the service department “was in a meeting”. my husband has since called the sales manager back two more times with no answer or response. We’re coming up on a month of owning this vehicle with absolutely no help, response, answers from this dealership. They lied to us about the faults in the beginning and then haven’t even followed up to correct the issue. The customer service at this dealership is absolutely horrendous. Please do not consider purchasing a vehicle from here. The other negative reviews that I have read are just like the experience we have received. I’m honestly quite baffled this dealership prides themselves as a reputable dealership. We have since decided to contact a dealership we trust to resolve these issues or purchase a new vehicle from.

Can’t find one that works with my older garage door opener. My 2014 truck paired up and worked fine with this opener. Looking like I will need to have new opener installed. That’s an expense I wasn’t planning for.

Never have a dealt with such unprofessionalism. I bought a car with an extended warrently several years ago...great experience. Recently I had to have some work done that I was seeking information whether or not it was covered by warrenty for a period of several days. For the first day, I called multiple times but was unable to reach a real person. Finally, I got an operator and they sent me to Finance where of course no one answered and I left a detailed message. No response, so I continued this pattern over multiple days and had to go ahead and have the work done because I needed my car. I finally got a hold of the operator again and let loose that I wanted to talk to a real person who could help me...no more phone messages. He put me on hold and went to finance personally to find out what was happening. I kid you not, finance told them they did not return my multiple calls because they did not know what to do. SERIOUSLY...you do not have the decency to call a customer back and at least tell them, or better yet you find someone who can answer the question. They operator sent my call to parts. Where a wonderful lady was in shock that I was treated this way and went out of her way to help me and find my answer. I got the number to the warrenty company who then told me since I did not get it preauthorized that the repair would not be reimbursed. So I am OUT $700 because of UNPROFESSIONALISM. Update: The warrenty company did end up paying PART of the claim since it was my first time using the warrenty...but I am still out hundreds of dollars.

FIND ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER! IT IS NOT WORTH PAYING DEALERSHIP FEES FOR SUBPAR AND NEGLIGENT REPAIRS I had my Bronco in the service center to repair multiple parts after it overheated due to the oil cooler failing and mixing the coolant/ engine oil. The repair was not cheap and cost ~$4200. Over half of that cost was labor alone. The dealer charged 210 per hour for labor. Not a cheap rate... As a result, you expect nothing but the best for the repair. Upon inspection of the vehicle,e I notice my entire front skid plate is missing! It wasn't in the back or anywhere around. The dealership is closed so there is no way I can contact anyone to rectify it. When I get in my car I find a dirty used shop rag stuffed in my cup holder and my steering wheel and shifter are grimy and tacky. After calling multiple times and speaking to multiple people, I finally got an answer. As it turns out the technician just left the massive skid plate on his bench and forgot to put it on. My concern now is what else did he forget to do?! My engine's cooling system was repaired; but how can I trust that now?? How can you be so negligent to miss the skid plate and not return my vehicle in the condition it was when I left it? I paid a premium in labor for it to be done right. I am given a vehicle that is missing parts and in a dirtier condition than I left it. If I wanted garbage service and subpar repairs I would have gone somewhere else. Because I live 2.5 hours away I can't just stop by and get it put back on. Instead, they shipped it to me and the service manager suggested I just put it on myself. Since when do you go to a mechanic, get a partially complete repair, and then the mechanic asks you to finish their work?! Instead of offering to have another mechanic come and put it back on, or having another dealer/ service center they recommend, his first offer is just for me to figure it out and they'll reimburse me later. Absolutely abysmal service. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for repairs if you want to save time, money, and the headache.

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!!
