We purchased our VW Atlas from John Parkinson. John doesn’t only know the cars, but he is a passionate Gearhead and rofessional when it comes to Volkswagens. He has a definite love for the cars demonstrated by the numerous Volkswagens that he himself has bought, restored and modified. His knowledge of VW is what draws the customer in because you realize that he knows what he is talking about. John knows how to put the customer at ease. Being a family man and father, John also understands that sometimes you must drag you kids into the dealership with you. He is honest and forthright. He helped us with the purchase of our Atlas and has become our trusted advisor in all thing VW. He is someone we go to and trust long after the purchase. We call him with questions before calling the service department. John has even gone out of his way to discuss a maintenance issue with our son who is away at college. I pre-arranged my financing & although Robert was initially hesitant about dealing with my lender - Robert rolled up his sleeves & within days I was happily driving my C6 home. Marty (the finance & general manager) also went above & beyond resolving a couple small issues which popped up post purchase. I have been in the market for a new vehicle that would fit my quickly growing little family. We have already purchased 4 cars from Sierra at Family Toyota of Burleson, so it was natural for us to wait for the right deal and right car to come along, and purchase again from her. We live over 4 hours away, so when we found a car we were interested in, we text Sierra to see about coming to check the car out. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and the car was at their Arlington location. Thankfully it was still available and Sierra offered to drive over there to pick it up for us to come and look at first thing that following Monday. We had her schedule our appointment for first thing that Monday morning, and she was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The Sequoia was in excellent shape, and was exactly what we were looking for!! After a quick test drive and look over, we were satisfied. She sent us over to Derek in finance, who thoroughly went over our paperwork and had us in and out in a timely manner. The experience was exactly what we expected, and couldn't be more satisfied! Super excited to have purchased our 5th vehicle from Sierra, and wouldn't want to purchase another from anyone else.
