Nice people , pros at what you do, but overall the experience was still dreadful,. We've owned several Subarus and we've bought a few from Rafferty. Never again. Hours wasted because you were completely unprepared for our initial visit and for the car pickup. Initial trade in value was down right insulting. Zach Preston is a fine young man but the rest of the experience was beyond poor.

Dalton went above and beyond to get me into the jeep that I wanted for a very fair price. I will recommend this dealership especially dealing through Dalton. Almost like he has pride in what he does. Since then I have purchased many cars including a Saab, a couple Mercedes, Cadillacs, Range Rovers,, Jaguars, BMW's. and this is my third Porsche.I have purchased cars not only in the US but Europe as well. I can honestly say the purchase at Mechanicsburg Porsche was most seamless and enjoyable experience I ever experienced. Starting with Nic the General Manager, Eldar who provided a remote tour of the car I eventually bought, and the driver, Chris, who delivered the Cayenne to my house in Northern Virginia and took back the Range River to Pa. Everything was totally professional including a great price.

Daiyann was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a good job explaining all the cars features, both the Santa Fe and Tucson. I had told him I had bought several Hyundais previously so he knew I was an experienced buyer. Unfortunately, and this is not his fault, the quotes he brought back (I asked for the best quote) from the financial person in the back room were the sticker prices without any discount . When I asked him again if these were the best quotes he said it could be better if I bought that day or that some days there were rebates from the manufacturer. I had told him right at the beginning I was there to do advance scouting for my wife and I was not buying that day. For example, the out the door total for the Tucson he quoted was 46, 759 and it did not have all of the options, for example the cargo cover. I had a quote from another dealer at 44,600 out the door without the cargo cover and then today at 44, 525 with the target cover at another dealer. I closed on the last offer today as they had exactly the color that my wife wanted (Pacifico did not). Next time, it would probably be good if when an experienced buyer like me comes in, says he is not buying that day but investigating, and asks for the best price, that should be the quote, not the sticker price. In any case, I appreciate the time Daiyann spent with me. Please be sure he gets this message.

I had a good experience, but they seemed to be over scheduled, I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and state inspection. I did get one text message update about an hour in, but no one came to ask me about the recommendations for at least 30 minutes after the text came in. Overall it was a good experience and I will return in the future.

Kind and patient, he helped me pick out the perfect car for me and other options (extended warranty and insurance) to help me compare my coverage. He was amazing- answering all my questions and helping me through my test drive. I seriously love my new car and I couldn’t have found it without Rich!
