My salesman was John Lucky and he was great. I was on an unexpected car search two weeks before Christmas and called around, did a bunch of research online and just cannot find what I wanted. Everyone I spoke with just seemed like they were trying to put me in anything so i continued looking. I stumbled upon a vehicle posted, gave Lexus Of Monmouth a call and asked to speak with their top salesman and was forwarded to John Lucky. Immediately felt comfortable speaking to him and came to the dealership the next evening to see him and the car in person. Finally the NX 350 in the interior color i was looking for and fell in love. John came in the next day (Christmas Eve) on his day off and i was very happy with my service, it was such a smooth process and i love my purchase. He even dropped off my registration for me and put my plates on which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership as well as John Lucky!!

Over the last 15 years, I've been to a lot of dealerships, worked with many sales consultants, and have seen and purchased many cars. If you're looking for an enjoyable, stress free car buying experience look no further than Eddie R (Edward Ruggirello) at Lexus of Bridgewater. My experience with Eddie R. has been by far the absolute best! I started my hunt for an IS 350 at the end of 2023 and I just took one home today - yes, it's been a journey! And Eddie R. has been helping me the entire time. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable and honest, super communicative and responsive, and most importantly he's not a pushy or gimmicky sales consultant. I had visited a few other Lexus dealerships in NJ and NY over the last year, and while there were some nice IS 350s and sales people, none compared to Eddie R. at Lexus of Bridgewater so I decided to hold off until the right IS 350 showed up here - and I'm so glad that I did! I couldn't imagine making my first Lexus purchase with anyone else and in the end I feel that I not only have my dream car but that I also gained a friend.

Although people always seem to leave bad reviews, my experience was excellent. Bought my car through Driveway.com. There was a dent on the rear wuarter panel snd Robin the sales manager called in the dent guy on his day off. The wait was a fair amount but it was a difficult job and it was fixed expertly. Robin was excellent on all levels, very accomodating and professional. I didnt have any experience with their negotiating or financing tactics but the car price was excellent and was the reason I travelled from Connecticut. I would do business with them again based on my experience.
