From start at just looking until delivery of the Truck couldn't have been any better. I will refer others and will be my first stop for my next vehicle.

Terrible customer sales service from the sales manager to the minions. Found vehicle that was wanted and was told it was in one location which was fine, but once questioned vehicle was at a completely different location. Pushed to buy from the Montgomery lot. I was told the deal would have to be worked at the dealership and then the car would be brought in. I know that is NOT how it works. Once said vehicle was officially located we were then told it was being lent out as a loaner. Never called when they stated they would communicate. So much time wasted!!! Big round of applause for a lost sale.

Although my 2022 Corsair was accidentally damaged with paint scratches during service, Gary stood behind their commitment of quality customer service and paid for a detailer to restore the vehicle condition to like-new appearance. When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!

Bought new Ford 500 in 2005, faithfully allowed them to perform service every time service was required by manual. Never notified about brake recall. Still no notice about gas tank technical service bulletin. Tires rotated incorrectly. New service writer unfriendly.
