We were greeted warmly by staff upon arrival. - dubuquer

We were greeted warmly by staff upon arrival. The process went faster than we are use to at a dealership which was a good plus. Good price for trade in comparison to a competitor.

Very friendly service consultant. - Jonna

Very friendly service consultant. Helped me right away and kept me updated. Waiting area is very nice. One suggestion for the waiting area would be to post signs about silencing phones and if people need to take a call they should step outside so an not to bother other people waiting there.

Connor Schmidt was very helpful and knowledgeable about - tenpaselt

Connor Schmidt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Very concerned about me being happy with my purchase before and after the purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

They do a good job getting a person in and out in good time. There repairs have been good.

My whole experience was nothing less than perfect. - sedettlaff

My whole experience was nothing less than perfect. At many dealerships we had been to, the car salesman would only talk to my husband throughout the whole process, even though the car was for me. That was not my experience with Tanner and his team. Tanner made sure I was comfortable, spoke to me as an equal, and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Tanner was the most straightforward, kind, and knowledgeable salesman I have met. There is truly no one else I’d recommend buying a car from. When it came to financing, Cory was a reliable and no funny stuff guy. He made all jargon understandable so we knew exactly what we were getting. Overall 11/10 experience

Working with Alex was really a good experience. - Cheri

Working with Alex was really a good experience. Based on previous history of working with salespeople who came across as too assertive, Alex was a pleasant and honest. He communicated important information without being pushy or overbearing. If I wanted to buy another vehicle, Alex would be the first person that I would call!

I had the pleasure of working with Troy at Zimbrick - islandjessica

I had the pleasure of working with Troy at Zimbrick Mercedes. He was patient, kind and professional throughout the process. I normally hate car dealerships, but he made it the easiest experience for me. If you need to purchase a used Mercedes, I highly recommend you look him up!

Tyler was most accomodating to our needs, always going - Cheryl

Tyler was most accomodating to our needs, always going above and beyond what we asked of him. His low-key, but service oriented nature, led us to purchasing our 2025 Yukon. Thank you, Tyler!

"Best Chevrolet dealership around!!" - Jennifer G.

This is the fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership in a little over 3 years. We worked with Ryan every time and he is a knowledgeable and professional salesman. Ryan is very helpful and made sure we were highly satisfied with our purchases and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He genuinely seemed excited for us to drive off in our new vehicle! Jay made the paperwork process painless! He explained everything in a quick and efficient manner! Toby is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met in the auto accessories field. He is very knowledgeable and gives the best available options out there to meet your accessory needs. He is full of great advice! (He told me that the "Redline" accents on my new Traverse were really "cool" when I talked to him about removing them and he was right, they are!) He was willing to help me in any way if I wanted to change anything. Finally, I would like to say how impressed I was that the owner, AJ Stark, took the time and answered the phone when my husband called inquiring about a new vehicle. He was very efficient and involved in our purchase. I feel we couldn't have gotten the deal we received anywhere in the area! I Love our new 2018 Chev Traverse Redline! I feel like a "cool" mom now!!

Just we purchased our first car online. Alittle nervous... - Steeles

Just we purchased our first car online. Alittle nervous the car was delivered as advertised. Ask for Josh he will take great care of you!

By far the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! - sean.r.nix

By far the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Wade went as far as to even make sure I was taken care of during his off hours. He made the buying process painless, and at no time did I ever feel pressured into anything. I got a good deal on my trade-in and a GREAT deal on my new truck. Troy was also awesome to work with. He made sure I completely understood the terms of the contract, and also made the experience fun at the same time. After all was said and done, Wade took me out and helped me set up all the onboard technology before I ever left the dealership. I will definitely do business with Les Mack GM in the future.

Awesome buying experience - Happy Buyer

This was one of my best truck buying experiences. The salesman was very laid back and noligible of what he was selling. The whole process took less than an hour. The truck i bought had small problem and the dealer took care of it with no hesitation. Will definitely go back. The dealership changed names it is now International Autos

We just purchase a new truck for our business. - autoclinic4109

We just purchase a new truck for our business. The sales team and our sales man Caleb went over and above . We will recommend Caleb and the team at Bob Clapper to our friends and family.

Oh my goodness! - Laurel Morken

Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in??? I loved the vehicle, so they let me put $500 down and brought it back for detailing. Then a few days later, they delivered it right to my home!! I can't say enough about Von Holzen!! My husband is in the hospital and he can't stop talking about Von Holzens service to all of the staff. He couldn't believe how they took care of me! They are definitely a company that prioritizes their customers!!

Our experience with Quintin at Bergstrom was the best car - michellekirsch22

Our experience with Quintin at Bergstrom was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Quintin was very knowledgeable, gave us good information on the vehicles we test drove and wasn't pushy at all. He understood our concerns about each of the vehicles and gave us information to think about. Our pleasant interaction and Quintin's great customer service skills played a big part of us buying a vehicle from Bergstrom.

I live in Neenah and went to Neuville Motors in Waupaca - buckstix

I live in Neenah and went to Neuville Motors in Waupaca to trade my 4 collector Cars toward the purchase of a 2025 Corvette Stingray. Neuville Motors gave me a "very much better deal" than the UN-knowledgeable guys at the Bergstrom Dealership in Neenah. It was definitely worth the extra few miles of travel to go to Neuville Motors. They have great service and very friendly sales people that make you feel like you are part of their family. I will never deal with the local Neenah dealer again. Neuville Motors will be my go-to place for service and future purchases. Dan Tischendorf spent nearly 2 hours personally teaching me about my newly acquired Corvette. He also gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions in the future. He is an extremely knowledgeable Corvette Expert and a great teacher. I would highly recommend any persons interested in buying a New or Used car to take the time to check with Neuville Motors before buying from another dealer. Now I'm going to go back to find an upgrade vehicle for my wife.

Quick - Sally Vetter

They do an outstanding job with the 2-year free oil changes, always with a car wash. The employees are friendly and listen very well.

Highly Unprofessional Sales Staff - Rich

I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!

Great prices, easy to deal with, on the date of purchase... - Brocklee3

Great prices, easy to deal with, on the date of purchase everything was ready to go and I was in and out in under 45 minutes.

The people I dealt with was strictly by phone. Two... - kjonesc3

The people I dealt with was strictly by phone. Two different people contacted me and both were very professional. I purchased a Murano from a dealer who was much closer to me, but primarily because of the cost of warranty on Cadillacs. After having had a BMW, with NO warranty available, that became a key factor in my purchase.
