My appointment was 12:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 hours which is NOT acceptable. And no one came out to tell my why!! Finally I paid and left without looking at my bill. I got hom rotation. It took 2 hours which is NOT acceptable. And no one came out to tell my why!! Finally I paid and left without looking at my bill. I got home where 12 relatives had been waiting. I looked at my bill to find that I paid for the rotation. In May 2025 when I had Morries put new tires on, I was told the rotations would be free as long as I owned the car!! I am NOT happy and will probably never come back. Oh, and bad word of mouth and texting travels fast. I’ve already have 5 people say they’re never coming back to you either. Let that sink in..!! More
