Our experience with Speck Ford was excellent from the minute we drove into the dealership, until we left with our new vehicle. Our sales representative, Cruz Gonzalez, was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was very patient and answered all the many questions we had. At no time was there any pressure to purchase, which was very much appreciated. Jose Campuzano completed all the paperwork to get us on the road. He was very friendly and explained all the documents we were signing. David Gonzalez, the sales manager, took time out of his busy day to come out and meet us. We cannot praise this team of individuals enough. We have not bought a new car in a number of years, but this was by far the best experience ever!

Excellent customer service! This is our 5th car purchased at Sunset Ford, our son bought his truck from Sunset Ford, my parents have purchased their vehicles from Sunset Ford. They day we bought my Dodge Durango, my husbands boss came to Sunset Ford and bought a truck! We feel valued and appreciated when we are there, either making a purchase or routine maintenance. In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

By far one of the best experiences I've had in a dealership. I grew up with my father in the industry and even with all those connections and experiences back home this was by far one of the smoothest and most efficient experiences. In a time where I am/was experiencing some heavy life set backs Nick Miller greeted me with respect and professionalism that helped ease my nerves and really sold the deal more than the vehicle itself. He also assisted is chauffeuring me back to the dealership after dropping off my loaner down the road. Lakota Holmes also assisted with my initial visit providing excellent and effective communication while also providing text updates when I had to unexpectedly leave the first day. Shervin was also very welcoming and respected my requests during the financing process. Nick, Lakota and Shervin were fantastic to work with and the next time I am in the market I will be seeking this team specifically. I highly recommend this crew to anyone. PS: Ford if you're reading this, please bring back the real Lighting.

The absolute WORST dealership I've ever dealt with. I have had constant problems with the two cars I have purchased from this dealership. I bought a brand new car from them a few years ago and constantly had mechanical issues with the car, specifically with the car play and display screen. I just had to deal with it as they "couldn't help". Fast forward to a year ago and I trade that in for a used car. Right off the bat before I even drive off the lot I get an alert that my head lamp system is malfunctioning. Come to find out they had to replace the entire head lamp assembly. Fine, I had to bring it back which was a pain the xxx. On top of that I was told I'd be getting around a$500 refund after all the paper work was completed and then surprisingly when I asked about it few weeks later, no one has heard of this and it's not on any of my paper work. But then the rainy season starts and I notice my car is having a wet/mildew smell. My kids and I play sports so i assumed it was that. I decided to get cargo mats just in case we might be getting the carpets wet. LITERALLY THE FIRST DAY IT RAINS, I have over an inch of standing water on the passenger floor board!! I take it in and they tell me that the windshield was never sealed. I even confirmed they sold me the car with that defect because they didn't check. Do they cover it since they sold me a car with a HUGE problem? No. Thousands out of my pocket. I was told to contact them about getting reimbursed and I sent numerous emails, left voicemails and talked to several people who said they'd pass on my information. Not one person got back to me. They just ignored me. Then I bring my car in because it has a recall and when they tell me my car is ready and I go to leave the display doesn't work. So I can't use my back up camera, can't adjust my AC nothing. They didn't even tell me. So then I have to request, they didn't even offer, a rental car. Then when I finally get my car back I realize the front license plate is bent to xxxx and before I drive off the lot the rear windshield wiper falls off. They again, didn't even tell me. They tried to hide it like the windshield. These people here all all terrible used car salesmen and they will screw you over. DON'T GO HERE!
