It used to be better. With in three days of service a friend pointed out that the license plate light was out and I got an automatic light that showed low tire pressure. Les Schwab (spelling?) fixed the tire pressure. The service used to be much more comprehensive and complete. .

Chris was extremely responsive and provided complete answers. The buying process was painless, no high pressure sales tactics from the management team and we came to a price which I feel was a win-win. They offered a respectable trade in price, one which was not insulting. The Finance manager (Laura) was also a delight to work with, she had all documents ready and got me in and out quicker then I have with any other car purchase. We dropped it off on Sunday when this dealership was closed, without an appointment. Fifteen minutes before they opened on Monday, Alfonso in Service called me and that’s where I began to get blown away by the exceptional service, professionalism and genuine care that Pat Armstrong Ford has to offer. Unlike any other dealership I have experienced in my 42 years of driving, they are AWESOME! Special kudos to Alfonso, Daisy and Aliyah for going above and beyond to get us back on the road to meet a deadline. Can’t say enough good about this dealership!!
