I worked with Joe Laskowitz in the sale department to purchase my VW Jetta and the process couldn’t have went smoother. He had the car ready to go for me when I got there based off of our coveraation on the phone beforehand. Any questions I had he was either able to answer them or find the right person to get the answer from. Then I got to work with Stuart in finance. He was upfront and everything was presented in a clear and understandable manner. I got good concise information about any accessories, maintenance packages and warranties. The experience was pleasant and stress free and I when it’s time for a new vehicle in the future I’ll be sure to consider them 1st.

Service is actually garbage. I agreed to replace my battery with them after I was told the battery was going bad, and paid about $200 for it. After returning home, it completely died on me a few weeks later, and I had to jumpstart it to bring it back. I explained it was faulty. They charged me another $200 for “diagnostics” and told me I must’ve left a light on or something (I didn’t) and that it magically recharged in the time I spent driving it to them. I came to pick it up today after paying that, only to walk out and see that my car once again wouldn’t start. And I guarantee you they won’t refund me for this. Absolutely insane. First I buy a faulty battery with them, they charge me for diagnostics on their own faulty battery & lie to me saying it’s fine, and I still don’t have my vehicle because it’s dead in their parking lot. Thanks a lot!

Welcoming, informative staff. They fixed my car, it works much better. They helped me to understand what the problem was and what they did to fix it. The man who helped me was very patient with me as I was learning information I knew nothing about. I was very appreciative of him for that!
