As of this writing January 2025 Hyman Bros apparently sold their Mitsubishi dealership to an unknown party. Customers were not made aware of this sale. The unknown party has not updated their information on the internet so if you call the dealership you still get Hyman Brothers who will tell you they're no longer affiliated.

Service is actually garbage. I agreed to replace my battery with them after I was told the battery was going bad, and paid about $200 for it. After returning home, it completely died on me a few weeks later, and I had to jumpstart it to bring it back. I explained it was faulty. They charged me another $200 for “diagnostics” and told me I must’ve left a light on or something (I didn’t) and that it magically recharged in the time I spent driving it to them. I came to pick it up today after paying that, only to walk out and see that my car once again wouldn’t start. And I guarantee you they won’t refund me for this. Absolutely insane. First I buy a faulty battery with them, they charge me for diagnostics on their own faulty battery & lie to me saying it’s fine, and I still don’t have my vehicle because it’s dead in their parking lot. Thanks a lot!
