I cannot recommend Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria highly enough. I went to a few other dealerships before Lindsay and all of the people I interacted with were nice. But it was clear from the moment I walked in the door that Lindsay is operating at another level of customer service. It was like going to a nice restaurant for dinner after having fast food for lunch. The whole experience from test drive to purchase was efficient (without being rushed), friendly, and comfortable. Once I was set on the vehicle I wanted, Lindsay made it very clear that they were not going to lose my sale to another dealership. And they secured my purchase not through aggressive tactics, but through excellent customer service and through fair and honest business practices.
Winston Flaherty was the Sales and Leasing Consultant I worked with, and I knew after my first test drive that I wanted to buy from Winston if at all possible. He was 10/10, A+, 5 Stars, etc. He was knowledgeable, friendly, candid, and went out of his way to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make the right purchase decision. He didn’t try to push me in any direction I didn’t want to go. And most importantly, he gave me time to think and ask lots of questions so I felt comfortable with my purchase. I never felt like I had to rush because he had other more important clients to deal with.
Joshua Watts was the General Sales Manager I worked with and he was top notch as well. He offered me a very good finance rate, but didn’t push me when I said I wanted to pay cash. He just wanted to make sure that I knew what all of my options were. The price “negotiation” could not have been easier. I explained what I was thinking ahead of time, and he came back with a response that I felt was eminently reasonable. No real negotiation was necessary.
Anoop Sikka was the Financial Services Manager I worked with and our conversation was very informative and helpful. He offered me all of the optional services and features (extended warranty, prepaid service, dent protection, etc.). I again had a lot of questions and he gave me very clear and concise answers. I didn’t feel pressured/bullied into purchasing extra features that I didn’t want.
