Outstanding experience, we wanted the hard to find GX 550 in Nori Green and Ron Jordan got us one in three months! Montel called us the day before pickup to tell us it was ok, no dings at all and to come see it if I wanted. Next day we picked it up all clean, no sudden markups, just a straight deal like discussed 3 months ago. This is our 6th car from Lexus of Virginia Beach and there is a distinct difference in how customers are treated. Just helped my son get a Tundra and the Toyota dealership is nothing compared to a Lexus. Rob was the manager who put all the pieces together and made the sale seamless. Great job all the way around. Now it's time for service department to keep up the status quo. which I am sure they will. More

I took my 2022 in for annual maintenance and state inspection. They have a very easy, efficient check-in procedure: I was greeted, and my car was taken in. They led me to your account manager. They already had all the information I needed from my appointment. They estimated it would take less than 2 hours, and it did. I used their waiting room; there were never more than three people there at a time, and the chairs were comfortable. Time went by very fast.
