Priority’s goal is to make you happy in the new car you are looking to buy. From the first moment I stepped into the dealership I felt care about. I had planned to meet with a certain salesman. And I got t are looking to buy. From the first moment I stepped into the dealership I felt care about. I had planned to meet with a certain salesman. And I got the communication wrong so when I arrived I found it was his early day and he had already left. However his teammate Mohamed was very kind and spoke with me about my needs and concerns and assured me the person I was to speak with would be available all day the following day. And invited me to leave a note as to what time I expected to be arriving. On the second day as I arrived and was again greeted by Mohamed, quickly lead me to meet Corey. We sat down and talked about what I was looking for and price range and he wasn’t certain he had a used Lexus in my requirements. But in checking with the Sales Manager was handed a key to a newly traded in 2014 es350. I had just had the insurance company write off my 2015 es350 as a total loss. And I had hoped to replace it with a comparable car. This 2014 might have been a year older but everything else was a come up. Lower mileage, better conditions, complete maintenance records, and immaculate interior. And within my price range and an acceptable color. After a test drive I was sold and Corey, Talisha, and Matt made the paperwork quick and easy. Because it had just been traded in it needed to go through the service department for detailing and inspection. And it being Saturday afternoon I was going to have to wait until Monday return my rental and take possession. On Monday it was ready when I was done work for the day, and Corey assisted me in getting my rental car back to the agency and me back to Priority. What a pleasure to be back in the comfortable Lexus interior. Thanks to Priority Lexus, Corey and all the team. More
