Great customer service, so appreciative of Mickie(Service Advisor), Jeff(Part Manager) and the Tech that repaired my son’s vehicle. I would highly recommend them. My son broke down while traveling through Harrisonburg on his why to college, over 600 miles from home. They got the truck in, fixed, and got him back on the road. They didn’t over charged and worked with me all over the phone. There are still great people in this world. Thank you so much, from some very grateful parents!

Where do I start. I was not even looking for a vehicle, but what an outstanding buying experience, I encountered. My SUV has, had it. Many people recommend D. Penn from Wynne Ford. D. Penn the easiest and most knowledgeable salesperson to work with. Penn was patient, respectful and helpful. I did not feel pressured and most importantly showed me how a professional works. Penn knows the business inside out, handles every detail, walked me through the buying process like a walk in the park, made my buying experience very enjoyable. I appreciate D. Penn, treated me like I was family and to earn respect you must first show yourself friendly. D. Penn showed me that. I would recommend D. Penn each and every time. No wonder Penn is the top sales person. It shows.

I bought my car here because various dealers in Stafford and Fredericksburg did not seem interested in waiting on an older woman ( or maybe because I was just a woman). I sat in one dealership for more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me while others were helped immediately. And i was wanting to see a vehicle I was really interested in. Nothing. Angry, I went home and car shopped online. I ended up calling Sheehy of Springfield and in three days had a car I had not thought of buying but became the best decision I ever made. I just had my first oil and overall check and massively pleased with the service and the people. I lucked out and found the best dealership I could hope for. Won't go anywhere else despite having to drive 35 miles on I95!

I truly wish I had something positive to say about this dealership. My experience was a dealership that’s doesn’t stand by there product. I will never buy or would I advise anyone to buy a vehicle here .They’re crooks will say anything to to get your money and once they do they could care less about you . I experienced this first hand with this dealership and their sales manager Trey as well as his so call manager Amy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here . They’re straight face professional liars .

I was kept informed, detailed explanation of marker light that needed service. All work done within an hour. The detailed service document of all safety checks is excellent. This is the first time I have used Quick Lane but will definitely be a repeat customer.

Gave exactly what I was expecting on my trade in. At the end when all the numbers were crunched I told them I needed to sleep on it. They offered for me to take the Maverick home. I declined....If I woke up in the morning and missed the car sitting in my driveway I knew I was making a good deal. There was no extra pressure from the dealership and they respected my decision. Sales manager called the next day and finalized the deal. So far I'm loving my Maverick. Fun, basic little truck.

We had a 2018 Ford escape with 62 thousands miles when the motor blew it was still under warranty and they fixed that we got it back four months later and the transmission come out of it they come and got it took it back up there call me said it was gonna cost us over $6000 that it was not under warranty we went and got it and took it somewhere else and come to find out. It was not our fault Brent the service manager called me and said that they was going to fix it that it was their fault so we’ve had good experience with them and hope to continue to have good experience with them. He stood behind his word to me, and I really gladly appreciate what he done for us. He is a man of his word.

We purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from this dealer two weeks ago. Our sales person, Michael Mills, was amazing! We built and ordered the vehicle, so he kept us abreast through the process. The Finance Manager, Chris Vanmeter, was obnoxious, condescending and disrespectful because we decided we did not want to purchase any of the warranties. We used our own financing, but we respectfully sat through his discussion. He was high-pressure, which doesn’t faze me, but ended up calling us stupid and crazy for not purchasing a warranty. We have purchased many, many cars over the years, so we certainly know what we want and don’t want. I have tried to reach the GM for the dealership as well as the owners - none have returned my call. We buy Ford vehicles regularly, but we will never buy from this dealership again or encourage anyone else to do so.

Sold car back to Ford here because we didn’t have a choice. Ford has a recall in their transmission and will “fix for free” but wants to “charge” you $2900.00 to fix it because the “faulty” transmission is tied into a faulty clutch system. So car is not fixed cuz can’t afford to pay them so we practically gave them the car and guess what? The check that was to come in a couple of days never came. 2 days of coming to Ford to find out where check is and no one can give us an answer. Always some lame excuse of why they can’t find the check. Last one is they don’t know who has the paperwork even though check has been processed! I will never buy another ford again. I’ve had too many with transmission problems. Not to mention, I believe this place kept “finding” something else wrong for us to pay to fix when it was always the transmission/clutch recall Ford doesn’t want to fix. This particular dealership doesn’t know what the xxxx is going on. The xxxx manager can drive to their local accountant office and get the check. Been waiting here for over an hour and now it’s they lost the paperwork. Well then, write another xxxx check! Canada is suing Ford for these faulty transmission/clutch failures! United States should too. The manager that is here today doesn’t even have the courtesy or respect to come and talk to us. I will find out who he is and make another review. Listen up folks, don’t buy from Ford! They rip you off and don’t stand behind their product. Is it companies like them that take every hard earn penny from the low income people and line their pockets while we struggle to find the money to find another used car. They have the car, the title and the check. Meanwhile, we wait and wait for answers and that check!

To whom it may concern Allen is a excellent sales person, he greeted me in the rain. He was the only sales person in the lot the rest were inside out of the rain, We were looking for a blue 2019 Kia Optima that was supposed to be in the Chevy lot a mile up the road but was told it was not there. This is where we had came from. So he personally took us up there second time only not find the car. Allen had went over and beyond to find the car and missing key making calls to both managers. The car was finally found in the service area at the Ford lot and was purchased by my daughter who lives in Morgantown WV. The car had to be serviced and detailed to complete the transaction. This was around 1:00pm and would be done around 6pm. So we return then from Martinsburg. But leaving the detail shop a "new" self tapping bolt punctured the back tire with the hex head that was visible, and yes was brand new which I even took the New Car Sales Manager out to look and verify it and he agreed. Presented the issue to Allen and he had gotten in touch with the service manager to replace the tire. Beings in sales/project management and mechanically inclined. He handled it very well. This was Saturday 7/9/22 at 5:48pm. So the next step is to see what happens next week. Allen to me is a extremely great asset to your dealership because I can see it . This whole ordeal started at 9:00 that morning. Beings I'm a 35 year employee were I work, Allen did very well. He even called me around 8:00pm that evening to reassure me that the issue would be taken care of. Normal sales people don't do that. He gets 5 stars and then some. This is the best car buying experience I've had. I ordered a Ford Maverick through this dealership. I arranged to pick it up at 11 AM one day after it arrived at dealership (right after salesman's 10 AM appointment). The salesman arranged to get it through final prep the day it arrived to make it happen. Then I showed up at dealership at 9 AM. I explained I understood if I needed to wait until my appointment time. The salesman (James Shaw) said he would do what he could before his appointment arrived. Thanks to his efforts, we were out of the dealership by 11 to 11:30 AM. The only reason it took that long is because I asked the salesman to over the new technology in the vehicle with me that I had never seen and because the dealership filled the truck with gas for me before I left the dealership. I will definitely look to Parrish Ford first when I buy my next vehicle!

I experienced poor communication with Service Department and operator. The Service Manager worked with us to get the parts delivered quicker than expected. Communication with Ben was good. My biggest complaint deals with the mechanical work completed. The job was large, timely and expensive. The mechanic(s) left two hoses disconnected which lead to additional shop time and cost. Once I had my favorite shop complete the repair, the truck runs exceptionally well. My overall experience with this dealership was horrific and unacceptable.

I had an amazing experience with Kevin Smiley of Hardee Ford! He took time after hours to accommodate my busy schedule. He met with me on several occasions to help me with my decision. He didn't call me and bug me like a lot of car dealers have done to me in the past. He also didn't try to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want. I told him what I wanted and what I expected, and he delivered! I have purchased 6 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience yet. He, and the Hardee Ford staff really set the bar high with this one! I have been banking with a certain bank for 8 years and they were able to beat my banks rates!!!!
