Brianna McCord had helped me with an oil and filter - abbiegirl.terry04

Brianna McCord had helped me with an oil and filter replacement. She was very kind and tended to all of my needs! Even when I had some common sense questions she had treated me extremely respectfully. Highly recommend asking for her again!

If I could give 10 stars I would, and we didn’t even - jenpreston

If I could give 10 stars I would, and we didn’t even purchase a car. Marco was out sales rep and he was wonderful!!! This dealership should give a masterclass on how to test drive, work a deal, and communicate with customers…Speaking from poor previous experiences. I test drove two used cars that interested our young family of 4. I did not end up purchasing as I realized the trunk space of the SUV I ended up liking more, mattered for me. (2025 Ford Expedition King Ranch) I realized I need a max for our growing family. This dealership chooses immaculate used vehicles. Both cars we test drove were in pristine condition—the King Ranch, and a 2023 Jeep Grand Wag L Series ii. We were working with Marco throughout the experience and he was exceptional. I never felt pressured, he heard my concerns of the trunk space. I actually had said I thought I was ready to purchase and thought I could work with the trunk space the KR had. We got to the point of talking numbers. We loved the price they brought it down to, we were content with our trade value, (my vehicle had two minor accidents so value naturally wouldn’t be spectacular and we understand that). But as we were sitting in the office I realized I’ll never regret having more trunk space, but I will regret having less… Marco heard my concerns, they offered us to bring the car home as an extended test drive to be absolutely sure. I could test out my usual smaller stroller, see how it fit in our garage, all the things. Ultimately I couldn’t get past the trunk space with two Littles and a future third. Marco and his team however, deserve these 5 stars. If in the future they come across what I’m looking for I won’t think twice of coming back to them. The sad truth is I’ll more than likely have to deal with a sloppy Ford Dealership now.

Update: The service crew they have here at this - Cristians114

Update: The service crew they have here at this dealership is the worst I’ve seen. Down to the service manager Austin Russell. I have been waiting for him to get with me over an issue they caused on my vehicle for over a month now. I mean this is ridiculous. How hard is it to call someone back and get things fixed and done right.. The buying experience was great but service here is far from that. Plus if you have a non Mazda vehicle here with there warranty forever program the techs in the back aren’t the best either and won’t know how to fix your vehicle. They’ll just recommend you to go to the manufacturer dealership. Like why offer warranty forever if you can’t cover cars that sold on your lot with the said coverage? I don’t know but enough is enough. I usually don’t write reviews like that but I’ve had it with the service department here.

The sales staff is exceptional; Robert Drury went above - RISHA1026

Take your business somewhere that treats customers with - A Qaddoura

Take your business somewhere that treats customers with respect. Mike Flores was very rude and spoke to me in a condescending, dismissive way. Disagreeing with a customer is one thing, but it can be done respectfully and professionally. Mike chose not to do that. How someone treats a customer when there's a disagreement says a lot about their character and professionalism.

We travel during winter and had to have an oil - MB

We travel during winter and had to have an oil change/tire rotation on our new (to us) Pacifica while in the area Our service advisor, Xavier Maddox, was most accommodating. As we were waiting, he informed us about how long it might take (actually took less than he said) and kept us informed throughout the process, Xavier was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Thank you.

I’ve been leasing cars from Katy Honda for years, and the experience is consistently seamless and stress-free. Ben is a true professional who makes the entire process incredibly easy; he really takes the "dealership dread" out of the equation.

Friendly service. - charles.sakugawa

Friendly service. The lack of junk fees and charges make the buying experience a lot less stressful in terms of negotiation. Steven Salazar was amazing and friendly. I didnt feel like I was just another deal to him. Great experience!

I was pleased with the dealership until I actually - amsaucier324

I was pleased with the dealership until I actually purchased the car. The car was slated to be delivered to us and they lost the car! The car was missing for 18 hours. I was promised it would be made right and it never was.. not only that but some damage became evident after delivery and a few other issues and no one ever wanted to have a conversation about anything again. Word of advice… don’t need anything from them after you have bought the vehicle.

I have been trying to two months to schedule service for - julesah23

I have been trying to two months to schedule service for my Hyundai Palisade that was purchased at Demontrond Texas City. I have left messages, I have booked online with no response, I have received a cold call to book an appointment and gave them the information for my request, I talked to Tony (I think the service manager) who said he would have the scheduler call me, I have chosen the operator to try to get a person, that option hangs up on you. My recommendation...go somewhere else. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience with the service department at Family - dustinjones71

Horrible experience with the service department at Family Volkswagen of Burleson. In April 2024 I brought our Golf in for a complete A/C system replacement after the original compressor seized and sent metal throughout the system. They flushed and replaced the entire system. The repair did not even last two years—by early 2026 the system was blowing nothing but hot air and has continued to do so for months. The workmanship was unacceptable from the start. To replace the drier they removed front bumper components and then failed to reinstall everything correctly. The hood was sitting a full ¼ inch below the fenders when I got the car back. The bolt holes were visibly misaligned with the original witness marks. While correcting the alignment myself I found metal shavings around the new compressor mounting bolts (suggesting they were either cross-threaded or over-torqued with impact tools) and fresh refrigerant pooled on top of the new compressor. This was an extremely expensive repair, yet the quality of the work was poor. When I contacted them to address the early failure they simply said it was out of warranty and quoted a price higher than what a specialized European independent shop will charge using OEM parts. I will never take another vehicle to this service department.

The most corrupt dealership in DFW. - aric1979

The most corrupt dealership in DFW. The will not honor the advertised price at all. That is illegal in the state of Texas. They must include any fees or services in the advertised price. They park low mileage classic corvette’s outside in the weather so they can get sun damaged. They ruin cars with 20,000 miles due to not taking care of them. They only keep the newest of cars indoors. So remember that dream Corvette is going to be $10,000 higher than the price and it’s kept outdoors.

I’ve had 3 appointments with this svs department in them - dlj.jrj.2018

I’ve had 3 appointments with this svs department in them they have 1. Lost my car in the parking garage. This took 45 minutes for them to find. 2. Rescheduled service appointment because apparently you need a 7 day notice for a loaner despite no evidence on the online scheduling tool. 3. Audi picked my car up to do an oil change 20,000 mile check and then called me to say at, 5 pm that they were unable in, 8 hours to complete the work that was scheduled 7 days before. That was the last phone call I received. 4 days later I went to pick my car up they did apologize. I wasn’t even offered a discount. This is hands down the worst service department I’ve ever been in.

I’ve been looking for an F250 that fits my budget for - Braydon Miller

I’ve been looking for an F250 that fits my budget for several months now and finally came across a 2021 F250 with 188k miles on it for sale at Whiteface. I called and spoke with Dustin who answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and drove the truck on the freeway to address my ride/steering fears. When the shipping quote came back high (as expected with fuel prices right now) Dustin offered to meet half way ON HIS DAY OFF to deliver the truck to me. I bought this truck site unseen from 400 miles away in southern New Mexico and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The most honest vehicle purchase experience Ive ever have had in my life and I don’t think I’ll buy from another dealership ever again. Dustin Almond and Joe Charles were fantastic to work with and made what would usually be a very stressful experience the complete opposite. 10/10 would recommend.

normally do not leave reviews, but credit should be given - ron.george

normally do not leave reviews, but credit should be given where it is deserved. The service department used to be an absolute dumpster fire. Over the years, there had to have been at least eight different managers come and go, constant turnover, inconsistency, poor communication, and very little accountability. The one constant through all of it was Lauren. Lauren has been there for at least four years, and she has always been wonderful — professional, patient, knowledgeable, and someone who genuinely cared even when the environment around her was chaotic. She deserves a tremendous amount of credit for holding things together during some very rough periods. That said, since Josh took over as the new service manager, the entire atmosphere has noticeably changed for the better. He brought structure, accountability, communication, and professionalism back to the department. You can tell he actually cares about both the customers and the employees, and that leadership has completely shifted the energy of the place. For the first time in a long time, the service department feels organized, responsive, and trustworthy again. Josh has truly turned the place around, and paired with Lauren’s consistency and dedication, they have become a great team. Well done to both of them.

I had a troubling noise coming from the left rear of my - dnance

I had a troubling noise coming from the left rear of my Camry after hitting an unknown small object. There appeared to be no damage that I could see yet the noise persisted. Service technician Tony rode with me on a short trip to hear the noise. He found the problem once back to the service area and repaired the damaged part. Now I enjoy a quiet Camry

After more than 15 years of leasing vehicles, this was by - jicamas_fresh_6t

After more than 15 years of leasing vehicles, this was by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. What should have been an exciting moment—finally getting a vehicle I had been wanting for a long time—turned into a very disappointing and frustrating experience. During the signing process, the mileage allowance on my lease was lowered without clear transparency, which I did not discover until later. In addition, the dealership failed to process the return of my previous leased vehicle in a timely manner, which resulted in me paying for two vehicles for an entire month while only in possession of one. To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked the dealership to reimburse me for the extra charges I incurred because they returned my prior vehicle to Nissan late. I was repeatedly told that Nissan would take care of reimbursing me, yet that never happened. Those assurances turned out to be inaccurate, and no one took responsibility for resolving the issue. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability, communication, and honesty I experienced from the staff and leadership. These issues should never happen in a professional dealership environment, especially when customers are making significant financial commitments. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. I am sharing this review as a warning for anyone considering doing business here, so you can make an informed decision and hopefully avoid a similar experience.

The sales team was great at Mac Haik, but once the - WillK

The sales team was great at Mac Haik, but once the vehicle is sold the service team is completely unprofessional. After several attempts to have my vehicle serviced, the problems still exist, and in addition my vehicle was damaged. The service manager accepted no responsibility and directed me to take my service concerns to another Dodge dealership. I have never experienced worse professionalism from a company. Simply stunned.

Paula from the service department was outstanding! - Guillaume7674

Paula from the service department was outstanding! My family and I only want to work with her moving forward! She is not only knowledgeable, she genuinely wants to provide the best service possible in terms of customer satisfaction. She has restored our confidence in the process!

The four starts are more for James in sales since we did - Windygale

The four starts are more for James in sales since we did not end up purchasing a vehicle there. I will say that the wait was too long - no amount of free drinks and snacks can fix that, but James was professional yet friendly, and he was knowledgeable and took the time to show us many of the features on the pre-owned vehicle that we test drove. He also kept in touch with us over the next few days and let us know of other vehicles were available. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for in the time frame we had, and the finance people didn't seem to care if the sale was made, so we purchased elsewhere. We would still recommend James in Sales, but I'm not so sure about the rest.

We are so thankful to Katie Fitzgerald for providing us - Craig M

We are so thankful to Katie Fitzgerald for providing us with such an amazing experience at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. From start to finish she was outstanding, providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. My wife wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination that was not being regularly produced by Lexus for this specific model (RX450h+ Luxury). She put in the extra effort to advocate on our behalf and get a special request in to Lexus, where she successfully secured this unicorn for us. We are absolutely thrilled. It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and stress-free, in advance and on the day of delivery. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. It is because of their clear commitment to providing their guests with consistently great experiences with sales consultants, managers, and service advisors. This dealership is in a class by themselves.
