Being a Ford owner is one of the most frustrating experiences I have had. It has taken Ford Customer Service and two dealerships (including Shamaley) months to fix my dysfunctional 2024 Ford Explorer. My original service advisor just stopped returning my calls and following up with me from Shamaley. Then, on the verge of hitting a breaking point, I was fortunate enough to have Mario Villanueva as my new service advisor. He continued to keep me updated and informed multiple times a day as to the status of my repair order on the replacement for my center console display screen (that stopped working all together after owning the car for a month...Ford - your quality of work and customer service writ large is garbage, thankfully you have Mario batting clean-up for you and saving the name of your company with me despite whatever home-spun stories the execs up in Detroit tell themselves). The only service advisor I can say gives Ford and Shamaley Dealership a good name based on demonstrated work ethic and customer obsession is Mario Villanueva, I appreciate you!
