Purchasing a car from this dealership was the best - LauRam

Purchasing a car from this dealership was the best experience I’ve ever had! Roberto in Sales was incredibly helpful—he provided detailed information about the vehicle and made the process smooth and stress-free. Ruben, the Manager, was also very supportive, and Amanda in Finance was friendly and efficient. The entire buying process was quick and didn’t feel like a burden at all. I highly recommend Ram Country if you’re looking to buy a car. Be sure to ask for Roberto Contreras—he’s professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!

**Review of "Nick" at Hefman River Oaks Jeep, Ram, - brock134266

**Review of "Nick" at Hefman River Oaks Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, and Dodge** My interaction with Nick started when I called him back after he left a message, surprisingly reaching his personal phone at home late in the evening. Despite my initial skepticism towards typical dealership tactics, Nick was incredibly welcoming. I traded in my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport for a 2026 Mazda Miata MX-5 Grand Touring RF, with only 131 miles and feeling almost new. This unique two-seater is perfect for me now that my wife is getting a Toyota SUV—definitely a fun addition rather than a primary vehicle. The dealership offered a great price, and while I tend to be frugal, I was impressed. The next day, I sent Nick a long text message outlining why it would benefit the dealership to sell this "odd duck" car, especially since they primarily trade in American-made vehicles. I made a lowball offer, fully expecting them to turn it down. Nick took my offer to his General Manager, who happened to be his dad. As expected, they turned down my initial offer. However, I then proposed a more reasonable price based on fair market value, which was accepted. We discussed my "trade-in" of the popular Honda Accord, which I bought new and had only 7,800 miles on it. As empty nesters, I wanted to return to my love for small sporty cars, especially the reliable Mazda Miata, rather than hybrids. I had considered a BMW 228i, but their quality had some issues in the past. Though I've never favored American-made cars, being raised in Texas has made me appreciate them. Nick was fantastic to work with; our enjoyable conversations felt more like friendly banter. He was straightforward and fair, making the process smooth and pleasant. I love my new Miata, which takes up half the space of the Accord. While its gas mileage is poor compared to a hybrid, I only commute once a week, so fuel costs aren’t a concern. This car is for enjoyment, with a simple 4-cylinder engine that’s easy to maintain—I always take care of my vehicles! After my hectic schedule, I was finally able to travel from Spring to River Oaks. I met Nick in person. He is just as personable in person as he was over the phone, by text, or by email. I was impressed. In fact, everyone at this dealership was friendly, even the GM, who is his Dad. I joked about paying in Confederate currency due to my advanced age (63, lol), and even his Dad was amused. Hefman River Oaks offers a customer-friendly experience that feels more like working with friends than a typical dealership. Nick promised to get me in and out quickly to avoid Friday rush hour, and he delivered. Unlike many dealerships, Hefman welcomed cash buyers, while my experience at Gillman Honda was frustrating. Despite having an 835 credit score, I was treated poorly there and endured multiple price hikes during the negotiation process. Ultimately, I financed a car for a month so I could pay it off quickly. At Hefman River Oaks, I never felt pressured. Nick was a pleasure to work with, and we connected over shared interests, making me feel at ease. The test drive was leisurely, and everything was in order when we returned. I couldn't be happier with my purchase—a 2026 Mazda Miata with just 131 miles. The entire process, from meeting with the amenities salesperson to completing the paperwork, took only about 30 minutes. Overall, this was the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. I applaud the entire team at Hefman River Oaks, especially Nick—he was incredible!

Took in for air conditioner repairs. - SWAYZEEXC

Took in for air conditioner repairs. They diagnosed it and gave me a price. The price was 3 times too high for a/c work. I paid diagnostic fee and took the truck to independent shop and got it fixed for 1/3 of what your shop wanted.

Southfork are scamming customers and just laugh when you - sheena.pender

Southfork are scamming customers and just laugh when you do and bring it to their attention. I am working with Department of motor vehicle, corporate, bbb ,etc to file formal complaint on this dealership. Its time people like Blair Moody, Trenton Slater, Jon in finance, Adam Hoke and wife are held accountable for their actions

I had a check engine light on, I asked if they could run - Jerry

I had a check engine light on, I asked if they could run a quick diagnostic check to see if it needed immediate attention or could I drive it until I could get it repaired.they said they were booked for three weeks before they could check it. I just paid $14,000. To have major repairs done and was concerned that a problem had reoccurred. I can’t believe they couldn’t take 15 minutes to check it for me. They said come back in three weeks.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with - Anthony Morales

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Austin at the Nyle Maxwell RAM dealership, and I can’t recommend him enough! From the moment I arrived, Austin greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He wasn’t pushy at all, which was a refreshing change from some of the high-pressure sales tactics I’ve encountered elsewhere. Austin’s knowledge of the RAM lineup was impressive—he answered all my questions in detail, walking me through the different models, features, and options available. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of each vehicle based on my needs, and was transparent about pricing and available incentives, ensuring there were no surprises throughout the process. What really stood out was Austin’s commitment to making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible, even negotiating with the finance team to ensure I received the best rate. The entire car-buying process felt seamless and stress-free, and Austin’s communication was top-notch—he kept me updated regularly without ever being overbearing. I also appreciated that Austin wasn’t just focused on the sale. He made sure I understood all the features of my new RAM truck before I drove off the lot and followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His level of customer care truly set him apart. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle and want a no-pressure, hassle-free experience with a knowledgeable, trustworthy salesperson, I highly recommend Austin at Nyle Maxwell RAM. He made my car-buying experience enjoyable and straightforward, and I couldn’t be happier with my new truck! Thank you, Austin!

Great service provided by Claudio Antonio at Covert. - Antonio Dumont

Great service provided by Claudio Antonio at Covert. I have had multiple dealership services, and it's always the same. The difference comes down to the person. In this case, Claudio was proactive and notified me about the warranty and some services available at no cost. Honesty and trust summed up my visit. I'll come back to the same location for regular services.

Isaac was very pleasant greeting us at the dealership. Hector was great helping us to test out the truck we wanted to look at. He thoroughly covered the details of the truck and was very informative and friendly. Mikey worked the finance end of the experience. He walked us through each step and explained what each part was. I highly recommend this dealership.

I just had a fantastic experience buying a 2026 Ram - nystylepizza1017

I just had a fantastic experience buying a 2026 Ram Rebel. It was such an easy no-pressure transaction! My salesman was Marcellous Payne. He goes by “Coach”. He’s a great human being and I feel like I left having a new friend! I was blessed to have met him. Go see Coach he’ll take good care of you!

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer as an out of - Toddwn

Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer as an out of state purchase. They bombarded me with calls, texts, emails from several people and AI people. All I wanted was someone with knowledge of out of state purchases to schedule an appointment with me to go through the deal. Instead, the salesperson insisted on only answering questions over text, and his answers were all wrong according to the sales manager I ended up talking to. When I offered to pay their price in full all cash, the sales manager told me that he would rather sell the car to someone locally and refused to sell me the car. In the end, they ended up giving me the run-around, telling lies, insulting me personally and wasting my time.
