No. No. No, I do not recommend. I currently have a 2023 Jeep Renegade. Mind you, I did purchase a tire protection plan and some roadside service plan No. No, I do not recommend. I currently have a 2023 Jeep Renegade. Mind you, I did purchase a tire protection plan and some roadside service plan due to a previous experience I had. I've been having issues with my tires since the beginning. The tires, two of them, were losing pressure and I would take my Jeep to get air in the dealership. It seemed that the tires would take turn in losing air I would tell the advisor to remove the tire and get me a new one. They would always hit me with "we have to go by what the warranty tell us." I would just sucked it up and agreed just to continue to pump air into them. Not too long ago, my tire was completely flat. I called the dealership and was told I had to get it towed to them. I told them I had the plan and said I didnt. I called my lender and informed them of the situation and said that I did have a towing service in my plan. My Jeep was taken later that day in a tow truck provided by my lender. The tire was just filled with air and was sent away. Fast forward to today, I took my Jeep in for an oil change. The advisor said I was getting the oil change and having my tires rotated. I later get a text message that my tires cannot be rotated due to my lug nuts being swollen. The advisor informed me that they were swollen due to the humity in the Valley. I requested to speak with Ruben. Ruben called and was not even fully aware of the situation. I read the text messages between the advisor and I to Ruben. Ruben then goes on and says Renegades have this problem and they dont have the tools for this. I told him that he is a dealership and they sell these vehicles and they should have the tools to perform these jobs. I told him I didnt feel safe driving since I didnt know if something can happen. Ruben said to talk to the sales department. Frustrated I said, ""man you guys are xxxxing incredible!" At this point Ruben said, summarizing of course, that they would no longer be doing any service on my vehicle since I always leave a bad review on the surveys. I let him know I will continue to do so since they are not doing their job. I know that some of their things do come from these surveys that customers take. I purchased my vehicle there with these plans because its close to home. I didnt want to go to Edinburg since I wanted to save a buck. These people only care about their numbers and not the safety of the customer. No, I do not recommend Ed Payne. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for. Again, no, I do not recommend. More
