First place we came to shop for cars today was Rusty - Kalei Waiwaiole

First place we came to shop for cars today was Rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan Drive. Just looking, had no real intentions on thinking I would buy a car today but when you have excellent service, friendly staff and a huge selection of all kind of makes as models, not just Kia (which is your specialty), I knew I had come to the right place. I was taken care of and drove away a happy customer with a great deal on a great reliable car!! Big Mahalo to my salesman Keith McGinty for taking such good car of me! We bought our first Honda CRV almost 2 years ago, and - ashleysimpson937

We bought our first Honda CRV almost 2 years ago, and Carlos was amazing!!! Today, we finalized a trade in for a newer model, and again, CARLOS WAS OUTSTANDING!! He worked hard on getting us the best deal, and made our car dreams come true!! Not once, but twice!!! Thank you Carlos, and Honda, for being the best of the best!!! Also, every time we get our oil changed/maintenance on our car, they are so efficient! They even have a cafe set up for customers in their waiting room area. It was raining one day, and when my car was finished, Chris (I believe) literally INSISTED on walking me to my car with an umbrella!!! I am always blown away by their kindness. 100% recommended!!!

I traded in my car at North Knoxville Chrysler Jeep Ram - hcalysta

I traded in my car at North Knoxville Chrysler Jeep Ram for a Jeep, and before I could even make my first car payment, I was already having problems with it. I attempted to return the vehicle because of the issues, but instead of addressing my concerns, they tried to sell me another car. I specifically told them the Jeep was having problems stalling out. Their solution was to replace the battery with an aftermarket battery. I later had to pay out of my own pocket to have a proper battery installed somewhere else, only to discover that the battery wasn’t the real problem at all. The issue was the PTU (Power Transfer Unit), which is now costing me over $2,000 to repair. It is extremely frustrating to trade in a vehicle, trust a dealership with such a major purchase, and end up dealing with expensive mechanical problems before even making the first payment. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of getting real help, I was left with a vehicle that needed costly repairs almost immediately after purchasing it. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be very cautious and have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. This has been a very disappointing and expensive experience, and I expected much better from a dealership.

We financed a truck at this dealership and traded in our - Kathryn Bryant

We financed a truck at this dealership and traded in our previous truck. We assumed, like every other dealership would typically do, that the dealership would quickly pay off the loan on our trade-in vehicle. Unfortunately, it has now been over a month later and the dealership refuses to pay it off. As a result, we have been forced to make payments on both our new truck and the truck we no longer own. ***Despite multiple calls made to the finance manager and the dealership manager, we are now facing a second month of double payments because the dealership continues to avoid paying off the loan.*** To make matters worse, the finance manager advised us NOT to make the monthly payment on the traded-in vehicle, and that if it negatively affected our credit, "our score should come back up once the vehicle is actually paid off". We then spoke to the bank, who stated not only would it negatively affect our credit, but the reimbursement would not include the interest paid as part of the vehicle payments. Ultimately, we are forced to pay the payments and lose the interest money because of the dealership's failure to come through. My husband and I have purchased well over a dozen vehicles from other dealerships over the years and have never encountered this problem. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to trade in and/or finance a vehicle should avoid this dealership and their shady business practices.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was warmly welcomed by friendly staff. Later, Kenzie Fields, one of the sales representatives, approached me. I’d been considering several dealerships, but after chatting with Kenzie and seeing one of the vehicles I was interested in, I decided to make the purchase. She was wonderful, and everyone at the dealership was friendly, accommodating, and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
