I have taken my other Fords to each dealer in the area. This was my first schedule service for my F-150, so I thought I would try Cleveland Ford. First, they honored my appointment time, second, Carter took my info, got my keys, and told me if I needed anything while waiting, let him know. Third, the service was done quickly, and fourth, even with a coupon the bill was less than I expected. Needless to say, whenever my Sport Trac or F-150 is due for anything, I'll be at Cleveland Ford. Pulled into Short-Redmond off of I-75 with a transmission issue on my way home to Ohio. The people were great and caring about my situation. Ended up purchasing a used vehicle for the drive home. Within 3 days, they called with my truck fixed. The used car was good and the work they did on my truck was good. Wish I lived closer to these nice people so I could do more business with them!

In 2021, i took my truck to get the transmission fluid changed. Being a Ford dealership, I assumed correct Ford Motorcraft fluid would be used. Now 35k miles later, my truck has developed transmission problems. When i pulled out my receipt from Homer Skelton Ford, I realized that not only did they not service my truck with Ford Mercon LV fluid as Ford directs, but they used a bargain brand BG non LV fluid(BG even offers an LV fluid 315 but they did not used it. 314 is regular synthetic). I called Homer Skelton service department 3 days ago to inform them of this problem and was told they would call me back. Still no call back.
