I bought a 2025 F250 in march of 2025 for pulling a horse trailer. I have since brought the truck back 3 separate times concerning trailer lights not working at all. We were made aware of a recall on that tr trailer. I have since brought the truck back 3 separate times concerning trailer lights not working at all. We were made aware of a recall on that truck they “fixed” that which did NOT fix it. I took the truck back to them and they hooked it to the trailer simulator box and said it’s working with this our hands are tied… I explained to them that the trailer (s) aren’t the issue I have video proof of hooking my truck to trailers and it doesn’t work and then hooking another to the same trailers and them working fine! They were short with me and definitely weren’t concerned at all about this issue. Mind you this was my THIRD TRIP for this issue! They didn’t dig any deeper did not get a test light out and check manually NOTHING! I am beyond frustrated with their service team from amber who’s rude and snobby to the tech that did not do any more then hook a box to my truck and did nothing. We fixed the issue on my truck with a test light and fuse in 20 minutes. WE DID!! NOT MECHANICS! I was told their service techs have over 20-30 years of experience and they don’t have enough common sense to check a fuse & use a test light? Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND to take your vehicle there for any issues they don’t have the common knowledge to fix it. GOOGLE had better advice then them. More

Excellent service, professional staff. Amber Stafer, service advisor met us to write up our oil change for our motorhome. Our wait was not long at all and Red, instructed our route to the Amber Stafer, service advisor met us to write up our oil change for our motorhome. Our wait was not long at all and Red, instructed our route to the appropriate bay for the service. The customer service Red gave was second to none. The service technician was knowledgeable and friendly. We thank Ford of Columbia for such great facilities and service staff! More
