When we walked in to this dealership we had full - stacypersky
When we walked in to this dealership we had full intentions on walking out with a vehicle. We were met with David valenzuela as our sales guy, from the moment we started talking to him about our situation he really didn’t give us the time of day. He was on his phone and working with multiple other buyers. We walked the lot by ourselves then found a few vehicles we wanted to test drive( the original vehicle we went for was already gone) we waited sometime for him to come back so we could get the keys to test drive a few vehicles. When he finally gets back his face is in his phone. We chose to test drive a vehicle. I stated I didn’t know the area and I would need help with directions, I had to prompt David, for directions as his face was still in his phone, not paying attention to his customers.
Back at the dealership we wanted to make a deal with this car we had just test drove, David brings us inside and sits us at a table so he can go run numbers for us, we do not see or hear from him for a good 30-40 minutes. We started working on a deal however at this point we had already been there for a good three + hours With no deal made yet, we had somewhere to be so we could not stay around any longer.
David then stated he would call me first thing Monday morning With numbers so I could go down and sign documents by the afternoon and take this car home.
Monday morning rolls around and I do not hear anything from David. I finally call him at 3 PM Monday and he states that he does not have the information for me, We make phone calls back-and-forth, trying to get a deal made, Each time we talk he has another excuse on why he does not have the information. He then tells me he will have everything by Tuesday at 9am and don’t worry the car won’t sell. 9 AM Tuesday morning comes around. And I hear nothing from him until I reach out to him at 11 am, Once again, he states he does not have all the numbers and he was working a deal with someone else so he will call me when he is done. I told him I would come down to the dealership and be there by 2 PM to finish up this deal. At 11:45 I get a text that states someone just walked in and bought the vehicle. Because of David’s lack of customer service I was unable to purchase the vehicle that I was really looking forward to. I did end up Going into the dealership, speaking with a manager about my frustrations with David and his lack of customer service and follow through. This manager, then set me up with an amazing Salesman Justin, Justin was very kind and patient with me all while helping me achieve our goal with a new vehicle.
If you go to Rhythm to buy a vehicle, please stay clear of David Valenzuela as he lacks The customer service that is needed for this industry.
