Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11:00 on a Friday. Told Kenneth that my husband and I were going to lunch. He informed me that I would receive a text when my car was finished and they would ca Friday. Told Kenneth that my husband and I were going to lunch. No text yet. My husband and I in the lounge for a 30 minutes. Could see my car sitting in a parking spot outside the service center. I had errands to do. Went to my car and got something out of the back. Someone saw me go to the car, get something out and get in my husbands car. Didn’t say anything. I took husbands car to do errands. Still no text or call. Finally at 1:04 my husband asked about my car. They said it was ready. Paperwork said it was done at 11:22. No text. No call. How long does an oil change take? Can you do it in 20 minutes? I called to express my concern about the lack of communication. They blamed it on someone going to lunch. They need better communication with customers and amongst themselves!!! More
