I was pleased with the respect I was given when I arrived. I drove 250 miles to look and test drive a truck. At first I thought I waisted my time and was unsure about the vehical. My sales person [Raheim] told me to take my time and not to rush and if decided not to buy it was ok and he understood. They want a happy and satisfied customers. It was late past closing time on Saturday and no rush. After the purchase Raheim and Melonie both helped find a hotel, booked it and printed the direction. It was the best car buying experience I ever had and I don't regret one minute. Not only did I leave with a nice truck, I made a friend ship with both Melonie and Raheim and still getting their help after the deal was done. Thank you All for a wonderful experience.

They were very helpful and patient with us. The only bad was the paperwork. There was a non-English speaking customer ahead of us. They had already transferred my trade over to the dealership. We had no choice but to wait, except my husband also had his car. We waited from 8 pm until 11 with just paperwork to buy the car. The salesman waited up until we were taken in to do the paperwork too. That was very kind. We just had not eaten dinner and were starving. It would have been nice to let us go, IN MY HUSBaND’S car, to get something to eat and bring it back and continue to wait. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Initially, I reached out to explore the possibility of having one of two dealerships buy out our lease. Kristian invited me to visit the dealership to assess our vehicle and take it for a test drive. While the initial offer did not meet our expectations, he promptly consulted with the general manager, who was able to provide a slightly better offer. Throughout the process, I found the team to be personable, professional, and respectful. After discussing the offers with my husband, we ultimately decided to hold firm on our original request. About two weeks later, I reached out to Kristian again via text, and he presented us with an improved offer. Despite our discussions and careful consideration, the offer still did not align with our bottom line, so we chose to decline. I appreciate Kristian's hard work and dedication to securing our business, even though the timing and terms did not align for us. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership if they are looking to sell a car, as I truly value their efforts in trying to make the sale work.
