I visited the dealership for the 1st time if service since I bought my car. Yasine was the service specialist who assisted me. He was very helpful , knowledgeable, and very professional. With the service department being backed up and my waiting time was longer than expected he was extremely courteous, and fixed the situation. My friend and I went to Balise Toyota last Saturday to test drive a new Rav 4, one of 3 cars I had selected as prospects for buying. My salesman, Vinny Campanella was thorough in determining what I wanted and arranged to have me look at all 3 prospects before I selected the Rav 4 LXE which I bought that day! Vinny worked diligently to help work out the details regarding my trade in, adding the extras I wanted and settling on a price I could afford. It was an extremely busy day at the dealership yet Vinny made sure every aspect of buying my new car was seamless , including the new car orientation which he did after business hours on his own time. I am very pleased with my new and first Toyota and especially with my experience with Vinny Campanella.

This dealership will give you false information about approval and rates before even checking with their financial department. Took a deposit from me and requested almost triple the amount the next day. I declined and asked for a refund. A month later still not refunded. Staff says there is no phone number I can call or anyone i can talk to. I had a dispute with my bank and was told to cancel it, and they would refund me. When I went back with the canceled dispute, they still said they couldn’t give me the money and there was noone i could complain to.
